A lot of people are saying theryre tired of all this david dobrik "drama" but this is not drama. This is accountability for crimes committed that keep on getting worse the more we hear. I can guarantee that the only reason the idea for this article was brought up at insider had to do with all the traction h3h3 has put behind these accountsagainst dobrik. Dobrik and his lackies' victims are getting their chance to be heard thanks to h3h3, something they may not have ever gotten otherwise. Its important that h3h3 keeps the pressure on until real consequences are to be had against dobrik, no matter how annoyed some people may be. If it really bothers you, skip the 30 minutes of the 2 hour podcast.

And so many people called Seth and Aly (and even Trisha and Big Nik) clout chasers and tried to shame and threaten them into silence. Seth/Aly/Big Nik/Trisha got the ball rolling, and these girls came in with their story which finally, finally seemed to give credibility to what everyone's been saying. In that way they are all heroic, all having risked losses to come forward against a social media giant, and to support each other. It really took many people working together to force David and VS into a place where the evidence was so insurmountable, he had no choice but face it. I know. My heart breaks for the one r'd while unconscious, but the friend that was conscious for it all - My heart breaks, and as a csa survivor my soul is crushed for her because i know those visuals, sounds, smells, the fear, etc. I know as a survivor myself she deals with that trauma and he*l daily.
I honestly think the one thing that helped her, and ended up helping her cope with it better - is that some of the stuff she had to do, she did to literally save her friend.
When i read that at one point she had to peel him "off of her unconscious friend, and finish him off because she couldn't stomach what he was doing to her friend"
Ive had friends that maybe would've done what she did, but ive known a lot of girls "friends" that would NOT do that!
A lot would watch their friend be r'd and not do anything. But can you even be mad over that? Fear and not wanting to be r'd to. Its a crap situation.
I hate these girls went thru this, but luckily they do have each other to lean on, and seem to be genuine friends and care about each other.
But yeah...she finished him off because she wanted to save her unconscious friend. Smh.

Consider yourself blessed and think twice before ever again making such a stupid comment. Maybe educate yourself on what this experience is like for many survivors and how much pressure there may be, externally or internally, to avoid having to go that very difficult route of reliving that experience by detailing it to strangers and undergoing invasive medical procedures to validate your allegation. It’s like being assaulted over and over again. ALL of that pain and fear, not even knowing whether you’ll be believed or what ramifications you may suffer (social stigma, etc).
For shame. How dare you turn it around on the victims. This is why “rape culture” exists. Because of small minded and black hearted people like YOU. Get some empathy and compassion.

5:15 - I just had to pause to say....
I absolutely love the genuine friendship between Ethan and Trisha.
She has educated him on SA, other forms of abuse, and he has taken that knowledge and is now aware of how victims feel, what they go through, and now knows small things he can do to help them....
Like, for example, him giving the trigger warning.
Some may think nothing of it, but as a survivor of CSA - i appreciate the warnings, and the sad reality is....very, very few creators think to include them.
    Very very few.
So when a creator does it tells me that they actually think about their viewers and listeners, and actually care about their experience while watching/listening.
Seriously....start paying attention to your fave creators, what they talk about, whether they include a warning if there is sensitive topics.
Once you start paying attention you'll realize very few do it, but those that do truly care about their subs, and their audience.

The same thing happened to me when i was underage(15). I went to hang out with my friend who was 17 and her bf who was 20. We were at her bfs cousins house. His cousin asked to talk to me in the room . my dumbass went not thinking anything bad. He closed and locked the door and started to push me on his bed. I kept pushing him off and screaming until he told me he'd let me go if i kissed him. I refused.. My friend heard my screams and was banging on his door . finally i kissed him to get him to let me go. We left after that .. I knew that was wrong but we were a group of people who all hungout and if i wanted to keep hanging out i pretended it never happened. I wish i didn't and left the froup but i was young and having fun . i set boundaries and the guys stopped trying to get at me.. But they were still scumbags to other women.. They also were like 20 messing with teenagers . i was 15 when i started hanging out and i had younger friends who were 13 sleeping with them. I never did . i thought they were losers but my bestfriends were dating them for like 12 years . i told my childhood friend that her bf SA me and she didnt believe me. She spent like 14 years with that fool. Even had his baby .. Girls please be careful your own friends can be your worst enemies.

I've never been able to put my finger on what upset me so much about videos like this and I finally realized: it's the dehumanization of women and girls, the treatment of them, like they're objects. The misuse of them just for clicks and the complete disrespect they're treated with. I can't imagine the amount of regret that comes with realizing you've been used for trash like this and the amount of work it takes to not feel ashamed but furious about what they've done to you in the name of entertainment. I never enjoyed his vlogs just because of this reason. I mean he treats the men like trash too. But I can't enjoy watching somebody throw sh*t in someones face or basically disrespecting every boundary a person has for views, I feel like an ape watching it, like my last brain cells die.

Logan Paul literally called this. He saw all of this coming. He knew of the delusion and egotism that consumes a person with that much fame and fortune. He himself went through his drama of idiotic behavior. However, as Defranco said, this isn't simply youtube drama. Logan filmed a dead body which is, although horrible, no where near the severity of the crimes David, Jason, Dom and other members of the Vlog Squad committed and affiliated. What Logan did wasn't even a crime while what is alleged here constitutes for several years in prison. I'm glad David is finally being humbled and hope he'll thoroughly change, as well as all the yes man around him who allow, promote and justify this gross behavior. Also hope David realizes he can't get away with portraying the persona of a good person anymore just by giving away materialistic things to people.
The whole culture around this group is being revealed to be such a horrible and cult-like atmosphere as Trisha said. Makes me really disappointed because I actually liked them a lot, just as I liked Logan. But the environments these influencers grow up in (young and famous with no boundaries or consequences for their actions) just cultivates these kinds of traits in an individual. I'm proud of Logan for being very mature in not completely denouncing David and bringing up his controversies as David did to him when it was trend to hate on Logan. Logan really did mature. Also wanted to add that I feel bad for Trisha. She deserved better from the TH-cam community. A lot of people, including myself, disregarded or denounced her for speaking the truth due to her problematic past. I applaud her strength and bravery to continually pushing her story despite the backlash and hate from ignorant and naive Dobrik fans.
