    Hey Bill!
.. first time visiting your homepage… So it’s it’s a real pleasure to connect a voice to your headshot and contributions on X-Plane! I’m going have fun learning learning from the rest of your offerings! As an old fart nascent Alzheimer’s fighter, I hope to keep my brainpan oiled and significantly augment my flywithLua currency here.
So, I’m glad to see this great little VR Tool seat position app, along with Voice Command in another vid piece. Terrific tutorialS!
    1. Is that AviTab or MoveVR displaying in the hanger and cockpit? What a doozy pair of tools!
    2. In FlyWithLua LilBluDonut 2D, I’m getting the proper HUD screen, but in VR, I GET 2 separate images...each of which can be moved, sized and Roll,Pitch,Yaw-ed, and XY,Z transposed ...it’s like an unintended iteration?!? Any idea why and how to get rid of the duplicate? Just performance wise, I’m sure it’s eating FPS.
    3. With FlyWithLuaNG (Next Generation) Edition for X-Plane 11 (Win, Lin, Mac) 2.7.22 -
While I’m enjoying ZeroBrane Studio, I haven’t figured out how to debug with it. Have you found any FlyWithLua IDE that allows debugging of FWL scripts with break points, watch window, console...etc...more like the WINDOWS C++ IDE/debugger? What a godsend that would be! I am willing to relearn C or C++ if I could figure our how to connect one or both to the X-Plane API and DataRefs.
    Thanks again for the tutorials!
    Your great fan,
    Chas

Vr tools is great had it for a few years now. Is there anyway to use my joystick hat switch to move and bind my hotspots as opposed to using the up down left right zoom in out arrows in the app

X-Plane12 let's you use the arrows on the keyboard to move up and down. But you can still get facing off center. Still can't move forward and back that I'm aware of.

      Decimal goes forward and back?

its really frustrating that you cant do this in the base game, when i play it always puts me about a foot too high and a foot too far back so i cant reach the controls properly, i can move myself using the buttons on my keyboard but it resets every time i get back in the plane, plus whenever i hit the option to get back in the plane it always teleports me because its on the same button stupidly, im also annoyed you cant use xplanes great feature for saving and loading cockpit locations in vr.
ideally id like it if you could use a controller to drag yourself around the cockpit then save whatever position your in as default, thatd be very precise and intuitive

And next time you start-up is it still in the new correct position? Reason I ask is I move my lighthouses from car to cockpit?

I never move my 3 lighthouses so can't say for sure but would think that would be a issue.
