I could’ve used this video 5 years ago. Injured my hips from throwing punches. Stopped weight training to relax my muscles. Had a reverse effect.

Good video, when I started Wing Chun I did a routine like the one indicated in this video for a year, I got my body in shape and then I started with plyometric exercises to improve speed. The physical changes are notable and I had no injuries.👍👍👍👍👍

Me personally, Shi Er Da jin fa, Zhan Zhuang, Sadhuran& Rammurti Dand, basic Baithak and a couple of specific isometric exercises. On a sidenote: I'd say that in terms of pure muscle training, isometrics are best for explosivness.
