  • This is a video from a long time ago where Adam is teaching class and demonstrating the idea of using flow drills and how they can help you develop your reflexes. Keeping in mind that it's not fighting, they're just drills.

Adam said something very powerful; “Sometimes you’re reading what your opponent (he) is doing and sometimes you’re writing what he’s doing”. I absolutely love that. You gotta think on it for a minute but yeah 👍🏾

@@uraniousalista4972 What???? Historical evidence?? They are two very different systems with different emphasis. They complement each other but one did not come from the other, unless you know of some evidence that has escaped the martial arts world. Please do share.

I would like to see this done in real time, also not starting out with the opponent using the same arm or knowing which arm is starting out each time also not slow which I see here . I know for myself becasue of the years of not having been in situations that often tha tI am starting to flinch whi9ch means I will get hit because of it so when I see slow videos it makes me wonder about that flinch , I hoipe people undertand wha tI am saying , its the flinch or the blink that happens when fast moving happens , a simialr thing is when ever you watc ha TV show or move when ther is shotting going on look that the eyes of the people using guns miost times you will see them blinking and sometimes flinching bescaue of the noise and the expewtation of it . same goes for real world situtaions peop[le flinch and i ntha tflinch or blink of an eye a strike could happen or at least be launched and the person tha tfliched well they are either in react time which then opens them up for other atacks or they are already hit .
I wished I lioved closer so I could watc hreal demops of this but I live langley area which a good hour drive to Vancouver and parking in Vancouver is stupid lol
I am not puitting down wha tis being shown I just would like to see it normal speed and unpredictable .
