Thanks Cindy for a good combo workout for upper and lower. Thanks for your continued videos that are helping many of us who are no longer going to the gym.
Thank you Cindy. I love your work and style. Suits my age (66) and body perfectly. I love how you are so relaxed. Your way of communication speaks straight to my inner lazybones and get me moving with pleasure and fun. I so appreciate you!
I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've done this particular workout, I also think I've used a couple of muscles I haven't used before thank you Cindy 🙂
Victoria, thank you for your continued support both here on my website and with our Zoom classes. Your dedication is inspiring. Keep up your discipline to feel well. We are doing a new video this week which will include abs, belly, and arms so glad you asked!
Wonderful! Been doing your workouts for 4 days now. Question. If this workout is done every other day, what do you suggest for the in between days? I'm kind of confused as to what order to do the different workouts in order to give different muscles a rest? Perhaps you covered that in another video? If so, would you please post the link here? Thank you again. You are helping so many people who just don't know where to start get started!
Hi Anne, So glad you are being active in order to stay healthy. Guidelines for senior exercise says cardio should be done at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Since muscles need a day of rest between lifting weights or bands, you can do this video 2 to three times a week skipping a day in between. Some people do upper body one day and lower body the next..Stretching in moderation can be done daily. We have many cardio, strength, and stretch videos at our website: www.fitnesswithcindy.com. Continue your journey of healthy ageing and keep me posted.
And thank you for your ongoing support. Your dedication to staying healthy is inspiring and makes this channel worthwhile. Keep up the good work and stay well. 😍
Just did this exercise! Felt sooooo good except for my right shoulder. I might have stiff rotator cuff. What exercise or stretching can you suggest please? It is getting to be more stiffer. I’m 53 and have not been able to do much activities due to office work and now due to this pandemic. Look forward to your videos.
Give this video a try www.fitnesswithcindy.com/exercises-to-help-your-sore-neck-and-shoulders/. Do it every other day for a couple of weeks and let me know if you have any progress. Thank you for watching!
Don't listen to any negative feedback. You look great. Americans are grossly overweight so anyone who is of normal weight looks anorexic to them. Keep up the good work in trying to get seniors on their feet and revving up their metabolism with some challenging videos.
Ohhh!!!! Thank you so much for your kind support. Teaching 10 classes a week and keeping up the website causes challenges for taking in enough calories...but don't worry. I am constantly eating and work with a dietician to keep using healthy fats to fuel me and good veggies, berries, and good protein. And the arthritis diet makes it especially difficult to put on extra pounds cause the fat producing foods like chips, candy, fast foods, etc. cause flare ups....ugh. And I can't have them! Jut got my bloodwork back and that is how I gauge things and take it to my dietician to tweek. You are right Pat. If folks did a real waist measurement and checked their BMI , more than 30 percent would be in the obese category. Well this got me going!!!! Thank you for your support and keep on your journey to good health!!!
All Cindy's moves make one feel 110% better afterwards. Thank you, Cindy!
