- The Samsung Galaxy S 2 is Samsung's flagship, top-of-the-line phone for 2011. The Galaxy S 2 features a huge 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus display, a dual core 1.2GHz Exynos processor with a full 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, plus 1080p video recording with the 8MP camera. It has a large 1650mAh battery, so battery life should be fantastic. It's running the latest version of Android, 2.3 Gingerbread.
First impressions? The Galaxy S 2 device is extremely thin...in fact, it's the thinnest smartphone we've ever tested at just 8.5mm. It's also quite light, but it still feels high quality.

I sold my iphone 4 back then to buy this. To this day i think this is one of the thinnest phones ever. Absolute horrible battery life but this phone was 2 years ahead of its time.

Man I miss those removable batteries, I bought a battery extension pack for my S2 back in the day!
This was my first smartphone and i used it for 4years. Thought it was not such a perfect device but it performed alot of tasks which i never expected from this and moreover, it made my teenage amazing, brighter and superb. I miss those days and my galaxy sII . What a amazing days.....

This is incredible to look back on. I've since switched to iOS and currently using the XS but I remember getting home from school one day and my mom surprising me with the S2 after I walked in the door, it was my first top of the line smart phone. The nostalgia is real.

I absolutely love my Galaxy s2...i really dont see it becoming obsolete soon..the screen is insanely good, so are the Cameras.
