We are very familia with the chakras from the front, what I remembered was the back of each chakra being the ‘will centre’ . This was great! I have never entered a wheel pose like that. At first I didn’t think that I could do it but it worked out! What a great heart opening sequence!!!!
Does anyone know the specific yogic discipline Andrew practices? I would like to be trained by a personal yoga instructor so I can develop my range of motion and become a beast on the mat like he is.

Bring your hands to your third eye center, to see with clarity. Hands to your mouth, to only speak words of truth. And hands to your heart, to allow you to be connected to the beauty of your youth. The everlasting life that is within you, that you share with all, comes from the beat of your heart. Continue to share this as your art.
Lovely class and way of teaching! But really intense for your lower back. If your muscles there are not in perfect condition, practicing some of this positions could do more damage than good I'm afraid...
I really like the way you teach and talk but unfortunately this was a bit too fast for me. It would have been nicer to do it a bit slower to be able to focus more on the prana and the chakra. But I will keep following your classes anyway :)
This is an unsafe sequence plus extremely rajasic. It is very dangerous to go from Backbend to twist to backbend or lateral to twist, as there's high risk to the colon with these movements. Even though this sequence is supposed to be a "heart chakra balancing" there's no breath adaptation like Sama Vrtti - would had been ideal while holding space for stillness. No mention of Purusha or the Atman or in plain English the intelligence of the 4th chakra, which is accessed with breath, stillness and present awareness. A nice Cirque du Soleil acrobatics demonstration, but definitively not a chakra balancing yoga practice
