You can make this dough by hand or use a stand mixer.
Fluffiest Sandwich Bread You Can Make At Home
    Ingredients:
    200ml warm water
    200 ml warm milk
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp yeast
    1 tsp salt
    65g melted butter
    4 cups flour
    Instructions:
Mix together warm water, warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
Cover and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour and salt. Mix until the dough forms. Add melted butter and knead until the butter is absorbed. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Fold the dough 10 times, then cover it and allow it to rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and roll it up into a log. Fold the edges to fit into the loaf pan.
Coat the 5x9-inch loaf pan with a thin layer of butter and place the dough into it.
Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Brush with melted butter while it's still hot.
Note: I do this when I want to let my dough rest. Preheat your oven to the lowest temperature setting, usually around 170-200°F (75-95°C) for 30 seconds, and then turn off the oven. You want it warm but not hot enough to cook the dough.
Cover and let the dough rest and rise in the warm oven for the specified time according to your recipe.
    Enjoy!
