Here's a... thing I found in the first luigi's mansion! The music in the gallery is actually a slowed down version of the music that plays when you beat an area and are unloading the ghosts into the potrificationizer.
Even if Totaka's Song isn't in Lui's Mansio 3 it's still nice, that he voices E.Gadd again

This video is really underrated. I think the humor in the video is really funny too. I knew most, if not all, secrets for dark moon already. But it's my favourite game, so watching through those again wasn't an issue. This video may be pretty old already, but I really enjoyed it

one of my favorite things about the luigi's mansion series as a whole is that it has a SURPRISING amount of lore, and i, for one, would love to see them take advantage of it in a future game, possibly bringing back boolossus as a major character, or maybe van gore, what with how it's implied that he created all the ghosts in the first game (or maybe it's outright stated at some point, been a while since i played it)
another one of my favorite elements is all the pop culture references they put into the series, it makes the luigi's mansion games stand out a lot compared to the usual mario series stuff

Bit late to the party, but I remember somewhere on TH-cam, there was a video of someone playing old clockworks at an e3 booth or something, and there was a scrapped Easter egg where E.Gadd mentions that the place was closed to to HORRIBLE accidents, but then says he was kidding. But later in the stage, Luigi comes across the bridge that you need to use the dark light on, but above him are two large gears, with an old apron stuck by the straps. If the player goes further to the other side, they may notice a few smaller gears in the corner with a… conspicuously red object stuck between the gears. Yeah…

Honestly, I'm just so used to calling it Dark Moon because when I did research for it to see if I should buy it, everyone called it Dark Moon. It led me to (briefly) believe that it was the first game in the series, the big 2 on some box art was a pretty big clue that it wasn't the first game.
I've been thinking about buying the remade version of the first game for my New 3DS, but honestly with the research I've done (and remember, it's been a while), the remake seems to have some things wrong with it that might ruin the whole gameplay.
A friend promised me to get me Luigi's Mansion 3 before Christmas if I bought a Switch before then. Unfortunately I still don't have it because some shitty things started to happen to him, so I don't blame him for not being able to keep his promise.

Well idk if this counts as an easter egg, but in Luigi’s Mansion 3DS remake, if you go the gallery and you point the GameBoy Horror in first person view, if you look around, you will see a red monitor which resembles the pixelator monitors from Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon

I don't know if this is a easter eeg but the song grass walk from plants versus zombies sounds alot like the luigis mansion theme in the dark mines
You forgot to mention:
In the beginning of the first game, future Egad appears on the TV screen and tells Luigi and past egad about him needing someone to test his new creation, gooigi. He sends gooigi back to the time of the first game so luigi and past egad can test him. In the background of the TV, you can see the lab that appears in dark moon game, meaning Nintendo had already planned the setting of the dark moon before they started making it. When you actually play dark moon, gooigi isn't mentioned at all, meaning egad probably sent gooigi back in time before the ghost become hostile again.

And another easter egg (well 3) in the pause menu of Luigi’s Mansion for the gamecube, you will see the image of Luigi’s entering the mansion which is a reference to the tech demo video, and if you look carefully at the boo that’s hiding the image, you’ll see it’ll look at you for a split second, and lastly, the two little ghosts when you select “continue” or “quit” are actually the beta model of the gold ghost
