not trying to be rude but i feel like this video could of been alot better either with a differnet iceberg or more people/time to research. it seemed like "i have no idea" was said a bit too often.

To my memory, the Luigi Animal Rights thing refers to a line he says after a scan in the Safari Room where he talks about how terrible poaching animals is (I looked through the dialogue, and the line in question reads “How could anyone treat an animal that way? I won’t stand for it!!” This occurs after scanning the deer heads on the Safari Room wall.) Edit: Mario’s Painting, to my knowledge, refers to the “real life” location of the painting world. ie; where actually is Mario when he’s in the painting? Edit 2: Mario’s double garments refers to the fact that you have to find certain items of his that he has supposedly dropped around the mansion to give to Madame Clairvoya, including his hat and glove, which he is seen wearing in Mario’s Painting Edit 3: The original Poisoned Luigi mushroom effect would have Luigi run around rapidly loosing health and coins. It was supposedly scrapped for being too annoying to play with. Edit 4: Event 26 likely refers to whatever \Event\event26.szp is in the source code. Unfortunately I do not know how to actually view the event for myself, and I am much to tired to look into it farther or ask around tonight, but that should at least give a lead to go off of for you. Edit 5: The Mansion Really Exists likely refers to not only E Gadd referring to it as famously haunted, implying it to be there before the boos were, but also the fact that the mansion seemingly continues to exist after all of the boos are captured, as seen in the ranking system. The theory surrounding this is that the mansion was already a real place and the boos just took it over for their own nefarious purposes rather than actually making a fake mansion.

Unrelated but I played the arcade version and it was really fun, though a bit buggy!
