My question is when I pour the water into the 澄面粉 it became very watery😱. Unlike what you had show in the video? I just don’t understand what went wrong? 24g. of hot water is more water than 12g. of the wheat flour? Please advise, thank you.

不包餡咪就係普通煎堆。当糯米麺团入油锅炸便会向外棚漲,中間形成空洞。

不用豬油改用同樣份量橄欖油去做餡是太多油了!令到糯米粉團太油及餡料很難冷凍…
豬油冷藏後是固體,橄欖油冷藏後仍然是液體。
