@@ShaunHolden I am from India 😊 in my field for freelancing many companies are wanting to give projects to a person who have 2-3 yrs of experience & i have 1yr experience but i think am capable of satisfying the requirement, only problem is with getting the initial clients in a competitive market where most freelancing work nowadays is advancing for Information technology & Digital marketing sector..
@@ShaunHolden Sometimes i don't understand how will a new employee fresher have 2-3 yrs of experience when everyone wants them to be ready directly from the college or most recruiters are not wanting freshers especially in the engineering field which has been on a collapse since couple of yrs..
