It resonates a lot with me; I like to plan things as much as I can, because I'm very prone to changing direction (because I can be strong-headed once I set my mind to one plan lmao - it's a vicious cycle) and I don't really like that. I wonder though, how does one get the right mentor?
You choose a mentor based on the things you think they can coach you on. Remember that Mentors usually have Multiple skills , meaning they can switch there careers based on these skills.
