    One of the skills I know I need for my big goal is to be decisive and act quickly without overthinking. Right now, I’m doing one thing each week, to build my confidence and ability. Within the next year, this will grow into a daily habit, and from there into my new normal for all (or at least most) decisions.

    This video is very helpful for my task that was given by my teacher about personal plan topic. I was confused for what I need to do and I didn't know how to start my own plan.

    Please do some videos specifically for people with ADHD, and/or executive functioning disorder. We know what to do, it's the doing, starting, finishing, prioritizing that's the problem

      Hmm good question. It’s not my speciality but I’ll do some digging and see if I can come up with something. Have you seen my video on prioritizing? If you search my name and “prioritize” it should pop up. Curious your thoughts on it if you’ve tried what I’m teaching there.

    I really wanna seek help with one of coaches like you. I have been unhealthy emotionally, physically and I dont know exactly where to start. I have been unmotivated,no enegry or drive to do life. Been procastinating and wasting away..

    As a chronically ill person it’s been very hard setting goals because my disease controls everything. Especially the pain which sucks but it’s been 10 years and I am still here. Chronic pain makes it very very difficult to function daily and to do my basic things so how does a perfectionist educated now disable person continue to set goals for her future self when she doesn’t know how the future will be do to health?

      SUCH a good question. As someone who lives with chronic illness, pain, fatigue as well, I can tell you we get to do things different. I still recommend setting intentions/a vision, but instead of focusing on it (because we can't control the outcome to the same degree as others), just use it like a vision board (at best - sometimes we need to set it and then set it aside so it doesn't discourage us). Then turn your focus from those "outcome goals" to "process goals" and deciding what that can realistically look like for your pace. If you search "Tara Wagner outcome goals" I have a video on this. I'd also search "Tara Wagner MTO goals" for another goal setting process I use. But keep in mind - those are the TYPES of goals to set. You still need to be mindful of not overplanning, overscheduling yourself, etc. You also need to learn to identify your own rhythms (for instance, what time of day or month do you tend to feel at your best, what kind of things tend to flare you up, etc) so that you can PLAN for those things. Most people tell us to not plan for bad things but that will set us up fo failure. Man...I should really do a video JUST on the topic. LOL
