He speaks like he is drunk even though it is clear he is in cognitive decline. He said in t he beginning refereeing to KH but calling her trump as VP that she was not qualified to be president, then just several question's later says she is qualified to be president. OK the press caught him in the midst of his confusion which is very telling that he is not in control of the presidency. And, if not Joe Bidden than who is? Because, we didn't elect that person. Joe is conscientious he answers questions in detail and delivers a lot of information as opposed to platitudes and slogans. He has shown today, at the Nato conference, and at multiple rallies that he is clearly intelligent, capable and has all his mental faculties. I liked his pace in terms of his speech because he's able to process his thoughts and words better. He did make a few blunders but overall he delivered well. There was more substance in his speech than blunder. He knows policies and politics and he knows how to get the job done. President Biden still has my vote until he decides to exit the race. Calls will still be made for him to drop out but a Biden-Harris ticket is the best way to win this election.

This was almost as bad as the debate. Never mind the gaffes, he was stumbling and fumbling over his words, changing what he was talking about mid-sentence, saying "anyway" in the middle of a sentence multiple times to indicate he's done talking about it but then continuing on. A lot of it was incoherent and speaking sounding so frail and weak. It's so cringe to even listen to him try to speak.
