Thanks for the video. Does Tabular Power Editor 2 work only with Power BI Premium and not with Pro?

Tabular Editor 2 works with Tabular Object Model, which is under the hood of Power BI (both Premium and Pro). You just need Premium for connecting via XMLA endpoint. XMLA read-only is required for query operations. Read-write is required for metadata operations.
