I've been fishing with Ugly Stiks my whole life. I also have $300-450 built combos and i dont see a damn difference in the amount of fish I catch. Thats why I prefer to take my Ugly Stiks.
I just got a ugly stick dock runner and I switched out the reel with ABU Garcia Max Z size 10 reel and I'm very happy with it just to day went brown trout fishing 🎣 so much fun in a small stream in the Rockie mountain fishing there's still snow still 5-24-24 🥶 cold in northern New Mexico. I just started Bass fishing last year very fun. Good video.

I caught my PB largie on a ultra lite rod and I caught my PB smallie also on an ultra lite rod but the rod snapped right at the dock but we still got him in the net and landed him

I have the dock runner and boy it is fun when it's fish on, I also use it for drop shot when I'm fishing off a short bridge and it was fun!
Ugly stik is where it's at! I've used them my entire life. I have expensive poles but my ugly stiks gets most of the action.
