Gina she is so right, i had fibroids and bleeding heavily from age 40 to 50 and at ménopause it all shrank yeah dried up. My doc told me the same thing and she was so right. I am now 67 and busting with good health glory be to the most high. Your story is very helpfull to us women, and God bless you ❤ These plate-formes are so awesome in helping others.

@@lorraineprall466 Hi, well i was told by my male obg at the age of 40 that's when i discovered i had fibroids that i should consider ablation of my utérus because of very heavy bleeding during my period which would cause me to be anémique. I was'nt so keen on that so i decided to seek a second opinion, this time a female Obg, she explained to me about how fibroids thrive, that on reaching ménopause it would eventually dry up because there was no blood to help it thrive. She did tell me though that there are two types of fibroids one type like mine which was inter-uterine serveral polyps growing inside the utérus and these dry up with ménopause but when it is on the outside of the utérus and grows to the size of à grapefruit, one might have to consider surgery and eventually complete ablation of the womb. Sorry for this lengthy explication but i Just wanted you to be assured, thanks for asking, hope this helped in knowing May God bless you and yours.

I’m so happy to hear this, Gina! Praise the Lord! I had a hysterectomy when I was 44, in 2011. They didn’t give me any other option, but I was ok with it. This is such great news, Gina! God is so good! I continue to pray for you In Jesus’s Name 🙏✝️I love you Gina and family, God bless you all ❤️🤗🙏

I had heavy bleeding for a few years. In 2017 I was diagnosed with a small fibroid. My last period was in December of 2022 so I was definitely in menopause then out of nowhere in February of those years I had a period. So as many of you may know, after one year of no bleeding, you should NOT suddenly have bleeding. So I had to have a biopsy to check for any cancer. Biopsy was clear but my doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound. I had the ultrasound and she seen some things she wasn’t sure about so I had an MRI. After my MRI, no cancer but I have a few small fibroids and ovarian cysts. They are normal. So now I can breath again. I prayed that no weapon formed against me shall
Prosper. God heard me so now I’m just dealing with the hot flashes, brain fog and mood swings with menopause 😩I’m about to be 55 in September

Hey Gina m, when you have the surgery you will feel a lot better. I had mine at 36 removed 12 fibroids biggest one was the size of a newborn’s head. I needed 1 iron 1 blood transfusion b4 surgery and 1 of each after. For the ladies just know we don’t have to suffer there are remedies out there
absolutely right. partial hysterectomies solve a lot of problems.
You are so correct, she will feel a lot better. I did not know until my doctor told me that Iron Deficiency Anemia caused by heavy bleeding due to uterine fibroids have a negative effect on the heart. The heart has to work harder because of the excess blood loss. I had 7 fibroids and had to get iron infusions every 6 months.

Gina your doctor is right. I had fibroid and bleeding heavily 20 years ago. Had a hysterectomy it was the best decision i made. My doctor gave me some meds so i don’t have to go thru menopause. I have been doing so good since my hysterectomy. May God Bless you

I literally just had fibroid surgery that was caused by continuous stress due to a narcissistic partner I was married to for YEARS. For me the surgery 💯 changed my life and I can’t tell you how much better I feel. One very important thing to remember which really helped me understand the impact the tumors have on my life - they can turn cancerous at any moment. Getting them out of my body was the absolute best decision I have ever made. Sending you hugs from a fellow fibroid survivor.

I have been experiencing the same symptoms with heavy periods and was told I had fibroids 🥺 My iron levels were super low and I can tell because I was always tired and I could barely function throughout the day. Plus I was eating ice like crazy !! last year was my first iron infusion treatment which did help a lot. My iron levels were back up and I gained my energy back. But I do feel like I may need another treatment because I have been feeling tired again. I followed up with my doctor a couple weeks ago and had my labs done . So we’ll see.. but I will definitely talk to my doctor about this medication. God bless you ♥️♥️🙏🏾

I understand how you felt because I had periods so heavy that I had to sit on newspaper at work!! 😕I chose surgery and it threw me into early menopause and the ups and downs of hormone therapy!! 😖 I’m so happy for you! 👍🏽👍🏽

I'm so very happy you are doing better!! I suffer from low iron too. I've had infusions, and take B 12 shots. My periods were just like yours. Didn't stop until menopause. I'm 69 and thoroughly enjoy having no periods. Life is good. God is good!!
