I literally never get tired of re-watching this video. I learn something new from it every time. Very inspirational and uplifting. Every I watch it I just want to grab my camera and go out into the city and shoot. Although my city isn't the best place to be by yourself shooting at night with expensive camera gear. I honestly would like to see a part 2 of you guys shooting together again!
Both of you should be Double Impact Of London’s Photography, Nice video .. I have the Sony a7riv with the Sony 85mm F1.8 and the Sony 50mm F1.8 :). Only missing a partner to go out and shoot POV street photography . .. Keep up the good work ..
Oh wow!! This was so much fun to watch!! I always hear the stories afterwards on how much fun Oli had & peer over his shoulder whilst he’s editing!! But it was so much fun to see the whole adventure 🤩👍🏻
The editing of your photos is just incredible. Definitely want to see more of how you take an ordinary photo and make it look amazing for the grid. Also would love to see how you nail focus every time when you're doing self portraits. Like without manually measuring self to lens with a tape measure lol. Awesome job man, my new favorite youtube channel.
I know what you mean about the heaviness of the 70-200. But you know - every time you leave it at home, you find a shot that you regret not having it. Nice video. 👍🏻
I have found the same thing, end up taking the entire kit with me everywhere I go, only thing is my back suffers the next day. need to get in the gym more! lol
Uplifting, instructive, and inspirational post, Mark!👍 Sporting of you to feature guest. Including his commentary as well as your own is a bonus. Same for covering light painting and timelapse - in addition to conventional POV (that’s special). By example lesson in bracketing, too. Settings data characters somewhat obscured on screen, making text less legible, IMO. Good music choice. When exposure bracketing your shots do you do so manually, or use in-cam feature. Cheers!
Very beautiful images, great night in the city, like the way you both work, you still are excited about your photography, keep it going, cheers rick in Perth Australia 🇦🇺 😀
Once again another top notch video from the master. You are very inspiring and have helped kickstart my new channel idea. Look forward to more of your amazing videos
Mark, these are fantastic and always a pleasure to see your process and hear the thoughts behind everything. Love the perspectives as well, super cool. Thanks as always for the awesome content!
Bro pls make a video on insta 360 one r action camera. It's a multiple way use camera u'll be getting plenty of tips to share and for us plenty of knowledge to gain . ❤️
I own 24mm 1.4 gm and thinking about buying 85mm 1.8. Do you think this is a good combo for street + travel photography???Great channel btw. One of my favourite!
hey would you recommend a full frame camera? i have a nikon D3500 and a sigma 30mm 1.4 . i want to jump to full frame my options those two you guys are using canon EOS R mostly for the 30mp idk i that makes a difference . the sony 7Aiii or the nikon z6. ive heard nikon has the best raw images with the most dynamic range . they all on the same price range i just dont know what to go for.. i will just but a sigma lens 50mm 1.4
These days they are all pretty similar and you can't go wrong. I went with the canon becuase I was already shooting with Canon. Maybe go to a camera shop and tey them all out and see which one feels the best to you.
I'm very new to photography, can cameras hold up nicely in the rain? I was very sceptical having mine out even if its spitting, unaware of how they handle water. its my first camera Nikon D5100. thanks
Carrying gear is my idea of hell. My favourite camera for this kind of photography is a Ricoh GR. I have never captured any good pictures with a partner, I prefer to be alone.
Given that its easier to recover shadows than bring down highlights, why would people expose to the right when shooting? Why not expose to the left and then bring everything up? Honest question, new to photography.
Hay Mark, would you be interested in going out with a small time dude like me.. i like street photography but i have not been out for a long time. It would be great to do a video and put your amazing skill against my novice eye and see what we can come up with.. Manchester or Liverpool maybe..
Am I the only one that doesn’t understand “expose to the right?” In my experience it’d far easier to pull up some shadows than it is to bring detail back into highlights that are blown out...or god forbid clipped. I mean shadows can be brought up like 5 stops easy with modern cameras. But a blown out highlight is just....blown out. Someone please educate me if I’m missing something.
I have watched over 50 youtube videos on nighttime photography, what you have created are some of the best images I have seen - amazing. Thank you.
You are both very creative photographers, well done on producing a great video
This video is awesome! You are both very inspiring. Thank you for creating!

I know I'm pretty off topic but do anyone know a good website to watch newly released series online?
@Dexter Ishaan Lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
Love your photos, they're brilliant!. I am curious what is the name of the backpack with rollers Oliver used? Thanks
I own 24mm 1.4 gm and thinking about buying 85mm 1.8. Do you think this is a good combo for street + travel photography???Great channel btw. One of my favourite!
I love the 85mm, great focal length for compression but also gives slightly more distance which helps for keeping your distance.
Would love to know what presets you use here or general editing recipes to get those dramatic greys?
Cool video. From Cape Town.
nice video though gone are my days carting bags of camera equipment, i’ve settled with choosing only one prime and a travel tripod when shooting
Nice video however, did you forget to switch on the video stabiliser?
Brilliant video!
What building was you and Oliver at the beginning of the video. That looks absolutely amazing
It really was, head left out of Liverpool street station then its another left not too far away, can't remember the exact location though sorry.
@@OliverLundy thank you sir. I am sure I will find it.

Sadly this is the world their living in, if you go to Asian country like Japan, South Korea, China, there are so much colorful.
