Ghee is clarified butter is in it, evidee the chef uses 1 handle spoon on ghee and three handle spoon of liquid butter what's the difference of both

Liquid butter is just melted butter but when clarified it becomes ghee...hence both ...hope you are doubt is cleared👍🤩

Yes indeed Turkish food is very tasty and healthy , here in Ghana there is a Turkish restaurant near to where we are staying so during weekends we usually have Turkish food . It's one of our fav cuisine .

That was supremely delectable and sumptuous Turkish platter at Bab Arabia. I am sure you would have been overwhelmed while at the table with all the dishes. 😂 What a variety of dishes. That Turkish chef is artistic in the way he cooks all his dishes. He looks like the younger version of Bud Spencer.
That Istanbul chicken kebab with butter 😋, ghee ,😋😋, cheese,😋😋😋 and that sauce generously lathered was sinfully delicious looking. The crowning glory was the hot ghee drizzled over it. My mouth was watering 😋😋😋 Ma'am.
I saw this restaurant in Angamaly too during my visit last month. I am planning to go to Angamaly again.
