If you are interested, they are singing a line from a prayer that's said on Chanukah and Purim. It means something like this "we thank You for the miraculous deliverance, for the heroism, and for the triumphs of our ancestors from then until today."
Today, March 25th ... is Shushan Purim, and we sang this song at our local senior center. I am so glad that I found this performance of "Al Ha-Nissim". It's wonderful !❤
Great performance. I know I should be grateful to see other religious traditions singing our songs, but the large cross in the background for this particular song is a little unsettling. Either way, Chag Sameach
So grateful for the very kind CHURCH that shared its building with its Jewish Brethren, thereby confirming recognition of their savior’s Jewishness…. THANK YOU for your kindness, generosity, and for “Comforting G-d’s people.”
@@lidroryaar3379 Most Christians have no idea that Jewish people HATE the symbolism of the cross, because it recommends Christian persecution against them. Christians should know this by now!

Nice
Lovely, but The Cross? We celebrate Channukah because we stood up for the one G-d and gave up our lives to fight Paganism!
As jews we are taught to have respect. They are probably renting out space there calm down the choir is mixed and no ones converting

I love this group, but stick to a language you can pronounce.
They didn't do that bad considering they were given the wrong sounds in their song books. At least they were consistently wrong.
dont be mean hahaha
"vaal hatshuot"
they did an amazing job. i assume you only listen to opera when it's sung by a born and bred italian? don't be a putz.
@@jasonh5902 it's in hebrew
As jews we are taught to have respect. Hebrew is a hard language I should know. Many here aren't Jewish. Calm down
