BADLAND 12,000 lb WINCH STRESS TEST/ REVIEW ON STUCK IN THE MUD JOHN DEERE TRACTOR

- We have been putting this project off for months. This 1970s John Deere 310C has been stuck in a mud pit on the side of our shop. Brings us to today our puny little winchs didnt have enough pull for this tractor so we are doing our first review. The Winch is a BADLAND ZXR 12,000 lb with the tree hugger strap and mounting plate from Badland. Tractor weighing in at over 12,000 pounds and adding in the mud our winch will be very over worked trying to pull this old beast out.
Backhoe not stuck. Use boom to set machine over out of mud
yes you would be 100% correct. if that part of the tractor worked. But it does not and has not in 30 years sadly.
@@D2KMotors You could of fixed the back hoe for what the winch cost. If front bucket bucket working fixing the hoe should be simple. the 310c is one of the best hoes ever built.

That's a Hell of a winch.
Its still working for us too! definitely can tell we abuse it. But she's still doing what she needs to do!

I have 4 of these winches. I never doubted that your winch would do just what you asked it to do.
Just wondering why they didn't use jumper cables and tied into the tractor battery... unless the alternator doesn't work.
that tractors alternator puts out a strong 11.5 volts lol so that's why we had to do it that way sadly haha
that ground us really soupy out there. Is there a natural spring running through out there somewhere?
nope. just the guy who took our trees out made a nice big mudhole with his skidder..then we got stuck in it..all the rain just made things worse. Cant wait for summertime!

I was just going to ask a little earlier when another episode is coming out
we try to shoot for every friday/saturday. sometimes (everytime) our week never goes as planned so its always last minute

Im getting nervous watching the cable tighten, while the driver suddenly hop in to the loader, i think they just inserted the base of the winch, whewww
we were 100% safe and OSHA approved!
This late stress test they could have got it out without the winch not unless the back loader couldn't push him out
that part of the tractor doesn't work. Its a project tractor we got with the property that was sitting since the 90s its pretty rough and hydraulic lines broken and levers seized etc lol
