It's scary if you have many ways of switching pokemon effectively, because it can only be used in the first turn after Golisopod switches in. Add STAB to that, and in this case, Life Orb. You really don't want to take a hit from First Impression lol.

I have a shiny female as my main, and I use an assault vest with her. Her defense and special defense is off the charts and she has an attack stat of like, 374 with high health. She takes out every pokemon

These games are insane, the ghost type stopping rapid spin was HILARIOUS, then despit losing TWO mons to oneshot crits, they were still able to make a comeback...
Guzma is arguably my favorite character from gen 7 which is saying a lot because gen 7 has some of the best Pokémon characters in my opinion.

Oh, Cocytus, like the Overlord character. How fitting! Also, I used to pronounce Golisopod like you do in this video, guh-LIH-suh-pod. But it turns out it’s based on a giant isopod (EYE-soh-pod). So it’s meant to be more like goh-LIE-soh-pod. (But it’s just a Pokémon name, you can pronounce it however).
Same here. And yes pronounce it as you please! Just wanted to add the isopod pronunciation helps complete the first part of the pun as Goliath Isopod or Golisopod.

In my first US/UM playthrough, I got a crit with Golisopod's First Impression against Ultra Necrozma on turn 1 and that was that for the fight LMAO
