I won a VGC tournament with a Mega Audino once. It ripped holes into the opponent’s teams with Trick Room and Encore so it’s teammates could exploit the fewer options to deal with. It’s a lot scarier going up against a Trick Room team knowing you can’t use Protect.

nah it seem the planing team want every pokemon that can mega have stronger impact on story so mega audino chosen because it was one of Nurse Joy companion so it was either audino or blissey but most of nurse joy use chansey so it was decided audino who get mega.
