On the dq250 I only get ground when my ignition is off .. and wired the thing of my 3 positives one reads 0 volts when car is seems like a short to ground turned on . Just wanted to do you test the plug when car is on or off.

I have same issue for vw cc 2012 I have changed the accumulator then it was moved. After a month same issue happened & I did same process but still not moving at all gear sign blinking. It shows the high pressure built up failure.

The same gearbox stack in Parking position
And don't move
Error code TCM U01010
Can be the same problem
