- Getting a look at my air filter to see if it needs changing. It doesn't. But here's how to do it.
00:00 Introduction
00:28 Move bodywork
01:56 Remove cover
02:41 Inspect filter
03:07 Reassemble - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Clear, concise, and with good visibility and instruction...I wish all TH-cam videos were done this well. I have the older 2014 CBF125, though I'm sure it's not too dissimilar. Thanks.
Thanks a lot! The 2014 looked easier to me, though I've never done one. Best of luck.
Dzięki za filmik, bardzo pomocny👍
Tanks a lot, It's really well done, well explained, well filmed, we can see all the little details to removes the caches. One word : precise.👌
Thanks! I thought about making a video of filming tips. I don't think I do much compared to my pro video days, just the basics. Use a tripod, not your hands, keep moving the camera to get interesting angles, make sure you show the difficult bit, get a few cutaway shots, don't waffle, keep it short. That's got me thinking now!
Thank you for that informative video!
Thank you sir very helpful video 👍
I also would love to see more ‘The Unit’ episodes!
Merci pour cette vidéo qui va mettre bien utile
Great video! Now show how to do a complete engine rebuild in 4 minutes.
When it's dusty like that, you can knock some of the dirt out by smacking it against a wall a few times. But I'm not sure what that'd do to the plastic frame.
Thx
J’ai changé mon filtre hier, la boîte m’a posé quelques difficultés pour la remettre en place
Bien joué! Quelqu'un a dit que vous pouviez déverrouiller le réservoir et le soulever pour aider.
Et merci pour le tutoriel
Good contribution. I would like to ask you if that air filter can be cleaned with compressed air and finally I would like to ask you where the engine idle mechanism is located because I would like to adjust it. Thank you for your videos for users who have that model of motorcycle.
I'd buy a new filter since I'm saving plenty of money on servicing costs and I don't have a compressor. Can't see any third party filters yet, only Honda. Idle speed is one of those things I'm going to assume is fine. It's controlled by a computer, and it sounds normal. In the old days I might have adjusted a carburettor but now, computer says no.
Original Honda filter costs 35Euro, in Germany.
No name replacement parts not yet available for this model.
I suppose few of these bikes have done 12,000 miles yet. But they'll catch up hopefully 🙂
What do you think of the standard tyres on that machine cst i believe is the make not sure if i trust them on mine they don't give me confidence
Only tyres I've ever used so nothing to compare them to. It's hard isn't it - I don't know exactly how far to trust them, but I turn and lean as far as I want without any issues in the dry.
Just take petrol tank bolt out and give wiggle to get air box cover out.
That might do it a bit easier actually, thanks!
Si tu pouvais faire un tutoriel sur le changement des plaquettes de frein avant
Good idea, thank you! I will add it to the list.
That duckbill is designed to let any water out that gets into the airbox. If there's oil in there you have an issue.
I see, from water splash or maybe condensation. Thanks!
Have you ever heard of anyone removing the whole airbox and trying to fit a pod filter to one of these?
I'm not game to try it on mine, at least not until I acquire a second bike and it won't be such a problem if I break something
I've barely heard of anyone doing anything to this bike except you! Thanks for your excellent videos - big fan here.
