wow so I heard they cost like $100K usd- what about shipping/assembling into Florida, would the cost be SO much higher?

@@elizabethbennet4791 I have the price in Euros and they do ship to Canada. I wonder if they have the manufacturing plant in Canada already. I will contact my local trucking companies to get a quote. I'm in Massachusetts currently

it's like 8 dollars a mile from the nearest major port. probably in the range of 5-10k to ship including last mile. i got an informal quote recently, your scenario may differ

The QB3 is all on one level, making it more appropriate for seniors. It is not a pre-fab, easily assembled house. It's only available in the UK.
The Arc house is comparably priced to this w/ more windows. It is also a zero energy house but is also hooked into the grid. It's based in California.
building own house like that would cost around 40k EUR.

Very impressive but it's not a micro.
Its usable space is around 27.8 sqm. It is micro. It just look big because of the high ceiling.
