Im 19, struggling with depression and anxiety. But this song gives me the strength to ignore all of that and look at how beautiful life is and the true gift of friends and family. God bless you Mr Sinatra and rest in peace legend.
If you persist in your thinking of today, you have no future which is what Frank is singing of. You are the pilot of your life. Please rethink everything each morning and thank God you are still here to experience it. Your future is bright. You haven't even started yet. I hope it's just hormones that are interfering in your life. I'm old and have been through more than you can imagine in my lifetime. Because you recognize your struggles means you already have the answers. I wish you the best in your lifetime!!!!!
Before my Dad died, we sang this together. It was our theme song as we grew older. He passed at 94-years-young, I was 64. I also played "Fantasy" by Earth, Wind and Fire for him. The music lives as he lives in my heart.
Glad to see your last moments with your father were spent doing something you both enjoyed. May your father rest in paradise and your heart rejoice with his when it comes time.
Carol, this song will rock forever, because it's not just a song. They are souls and feelings that turn into songs. And souls and feelings are eternal. they pass from soul to soul, from heart to heart. It is what I wish you.
"My Way" is a profound reflection on the human journey, particularly the masculine one, which carries a silent and often unspoken hardness. The line "What has he got, if not himself" is not just a celebration of self-reliance but an acceptance of the solitude that often comes with the courage to live on one's own terms. Over time, you realize this song isn’t about glory or perfection-it’s about resilience and authenticity, even in the face of regrets and tough choices. A masterpiece that only deepens with maturity.
@Paula, Now you made me think about my grandpa. This is what happened to me when my grandpa died, some hours later, after my grandpa died. Never will forget this. Went to the bar that night to have a few drinks, and to think about the funeral arrangements and my grandpa while growing up, working in the garden with him, watching Tv like the old Bonnie and Clyde and gangster movie's with him, and with my siblings, etc...And that night they had karaoke at the bar and that night someone sang Grandpa from the Judd's.

I lost my grandfather this morning. He was like a father to me. I love every minute with hime and wished that i could've been with him on his last moments. now listening to his favorite song just breaks me apart. I miss him so much
I’m very sorry for your loss. I hope that you can find comfort in this song as I do. My Aay being your grandfather’s favorite song, tells me he was a great man.
His singing style is so unbelievably fluid. He doesn't even take a deep breath before going for a high note. Don't know how he does it, it's like dueting with yourself. Legend!
@Wayne. Supposedly, Frank Sinatra learned breath control from Tommy Dorsey who would, while playing the trombone, take small breaths at the side of his mouth which made it appear that Dorsey was able to play the trombone without having to take deep breaths.
My father and I danced to this at my wedding. It was his favorite song. This song described him to a "T", and now the he had passed, I listen to this and think of my daddy, and how he "DID IT HIS WAY".😭👏💙
While I will agree, this is the greatest song ever written. Yet, it wasn't till Elvis sang it. Elvis made this song become alive. There's a reason Elvis is called The King.
This song seems to describe the lives of many people. Clearly everyone has found something of their own in it. Thanks to Frank for such a beautiful song!
Navalny era solo una stupida marionetta nelle mani degli USA e della corona inglese … Cosa c’entra l’indimenticabile Frank Sinatra con il nazista Navalny?
Legendary. This weekend marks 3 years since my grandfather passed away. He was a big Frank fan. I grew up listening to songs like this in the car as often as I did my mom and dad's favorite songs. So, I shout this one out to William E. Gibson 1939-2019. I miss ya old man, you certainly lived a life that was full and did it your way...Love you pop-pop!

I remember when I was 8 years old my grandfather sang this in a bar on his and my grandmothers wedding anniversary… it stuck with me and then the last time I heard this song was at his funeral about ten years later. Thinking of you grandpa 🙏🏼❤️
and his singing is not what it once was. but does anyone care about that..? NO. omg - the part he sings ever so softly... you could have heard a pin drop.
First of all, between him and Elvis, two of my all time favorite singers. I love a lot of music, but when those two start to sing any song, I recognize the voices and know it is timeless classics. Second part, I used to DJ in my twenties and during any event, this was the most highly requested song. Whether it was during cocktail hour or during dancing, but in one event, the guy who's birthday it was asked for it 7 times, I kid you not and he said that it described his life perfectly. Amazing and classic sound never fades away. Love it now and always have.
This song was played as I carried my father out at his funeral service. Six years later it still brings me to tears. Miss you always Dad.

My father's favorite music. He showed me Frank Sinatra and other great musicians... But this one was our favorite, now he is resting in peace 😢 I miss him so much! Thank you dad for everything.
Алексей, мы будем помнить о Вас, оставаться людьми, сохранять в себе человечность💔
almost 50 years later and audiences on talent shows erupt into screaming and applause as soon as the piano starts playing this song. Like the people dont even need to start singing. Thats how bloody iconic this song is. It really is an anthem. an anthem for people everywhere who succeeded and did it their way.

Beautiful observation, thank you
I wish he would've recorded this when he was older. His aged voiced sounded so much rawer and filled with more emotion
Thank you for bringing back the memories this weekend, and hopefully with many more to come. Love you peaches, to the moon and back always.

I was lucky enough to be there that night, with my ex- wife Evelyn. Her father Big Jim, had the juice to get us great seats, center stage. What a night.
It must of been crazy. Best to ever do it
Hello. When it's happened?
Lucky you man!
Oh man you are a lucky man
That is a great memory I bet
There will never be another "blue eyes". What a voice.
This song will be played at my funeral. I havent done much in my life but my wife and kids will appreciate this. Frank and this song just get me every time😢
Покойся с миром, Алексей! Спасибо за надежду, спасибо за влияние, оказанное на мою жизнь. Прости нас

Wooooow!
Sinatra and his Beautiful Voice in this Song!!
I love it!!❤
I lost my grandfather this morning. He was like a father to me. I love every minute with hime and wished that i could've been with him on his last moments. now listening to his favorite song just breaks me apart. I miss him so much
I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope that one one day you will be able to listen to this song and smile because it reminds you of him.
In his younger days (say during the 1950's and 60's) his phrasing was without compare. The man could sing,.
My father and I danced to this at my wedding. It was his favorite song. This song described him to a "T", and now the he had passed, I listen to this and think of my daddy, and how he "DID IT HIS WAY".😭👏💙
I think of my dad too
It makes me think of my granpa, he was my father figure growing up, i miss u abuelito
Hello Michelle, I see happiness all around you, can I please share from it?

God bless you❣️🇬🇷
I’m 28 and have an old soul. I love this music. I have a saying “If they don’t like Frank Sinatra can you really trust them?” Lol

Hi! I played this song with guitar. If you want, you watch it from this link..🌼🌼🙋♂️🙋♂️
While I will agree, this is the greatest song ever written. Yet, it wasn't till Elvis sang it. Elvis made this song become alive. There's a reason Elvis is called The King.
Do you know that this is a french song by Claude François called "comme d habitude "

This song seems to describe the lives of many people. Clearly everyone has found something of their own in it. Thanks to Frank for such a beautiful song!
Yeah it's actually a cover of a french song by Claude François but whatever

Just one man with a microphone. No dancers jumping around, no fireworks, no flashing lights.
Fuy.
and his singing is not what it once was.
but does anyone care about that..?
NO.
omg - the part he sings ever so softly...
you could have heard a pin drop.
Just a full orchestral backing
and absolutely captivating amazing awesome unique
First of all, between him and Elvis, two of my all time favorite singers. I love a lot of music, but when those two start to sing any song, I recognize the voices and know it is timeless classics. Second part, I used to DJ in my twenties and during any event, this was the most highly requested song. Whether it was during cocktail hour or during dancing, but in one event, the guy who's birthday it was asked for it 7 times, I kid you not and he said that it described his life perfectly. Amazing and classic sound never fades away. Love it now and always have.
