Made these over the weekend and they are honestly exactly like the Resturant ones!!!! Everyone in the fam kept asking for more! So glad I found your channel
I just made it on my George Forman Grill. Tasted great. Served in a wrap with lettuce and tomato but I used a spicy mustard salad dressing instead of mint yougurt.
Thanks for the post pretty woman, It's very rare to find kebab in Malaysia both my parents are doctors. My mom love cooking and baking when she's not working or in her free time. Medical student Malaysia.👍
Giiirl!! I tried this recipe & added 2 tsp of Shan Seekh kabob masala as well and it was mouth watering!! Everyone loved it. I made it sometime last winter and I was thinking about making it again and I literally ran through my watches videos to find this gem! Thank you SM! Also this tastes really good with chicken mince as well ❤️ This time I’m gonna try it with beef
Too many negative comments, but please ignore them!! Your recipe was the best recipe I found and I did search for Pakistani Seekh kebab, cos they are truly the best!! Love your recipe and it was easy to follow so thank you so much!

assalamualaikum sister, I just wanted to inform you how amazing your kababs were. I made them as part of today's iftar! so satisfied with your recipe I will make them time and time again. may you be rewarded with good in this life and hereafter ❤❤❤
I have to say a BIG thank you for this recipe!!! I missed this dish from my youth. It came out exactly as I remember it. Even my picky eater, my son gobbled it up. I was able to share this culinary experience with my Irish-American husband. Great flavor and amazing direction. Thank you!
I made the mixture and left it in a zip lock in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking, I was able to make 8 Kebabs, they were delicious and so simple to make. There was 2 left over which I took to work next day and ate with cold rice and yoghurt sauce. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Cookie your NO rookie you rock girl that was yummmie, let the haters hate, that's the only thing they do well, you continue to cook and bring good tasty recipes that's what you do well!
+samantha price thank you so much for your feedback. All my recipes are on my blog, but now I have started to add the ingredients and measurements in the actual videos:)
This was easy and turned out great! I didn't have coriander in the house but it was still good. I didn't use onions as i felt they'd give off too much water .. just onion powder worked well. I also found that it was falling off the skewer so I added 2 -3 tsp besan and 1 tablespoon of flax egg replacer. Thanks for the recipe.
Better with lamb ohhh so much better. Then stuck in a big fluffy home made Naan with lots of onions squeeze of lemon and a spoonful of mint Raita YUMMY :-)
Due to coronavirus I’m still not comfortable going out to eat so I made this at home and it was freaking delicious I grill them outdoors. It was better than the ones from the restaurant. One more recipe for our meals.
Yummy ... Just by watching I get hungry ... Surely it tastes well ... Thanks for the sharing, most appreciated. Apart from the taste I appreciate the simplicity to prepare it. Sure will give it a try.
Wow... very nice.... I saw this 8 hours back..... I already cooked... it is Yummy... the Mint raita is so nice... thank you so much for the lovely recipe ... beautifully presented.. Regards Balaji - Sydney - Australia
I made this today, it turned out great. the mint chutney was great as well. thanks for sharing. I'm thinking next time I'll somehow give the kababs dum with coal. that'll add a little more oomph. keep up the gud work, u're videos are great :)
+Javeria Ola thank you for trying it out! And I do the coal dum when I'm in the mood so definitely a great way to give it that restaurant quality flavor!
Hello, great video. Could i use mint sauce you get from the jar for both the dip and Kofta Mince? As fresh mint is hard to come by this time of the year in the U.K Thanks again x
Indians are killing Muslims for eating beef how come this is an Indian dish? Why all these recipes called Indian because the origin of these recipes is India, means when India and Pakistan were called India and these dishes are from the Muslim emperors era who ruled India for more than 700 year!
Hey there Rookie with a cookie, I have tried this recipe with beef mince. It was absolutely lovely except I did not drain out the onion juice well enough. I was wondering if this recipe was used on lamb mince, would there be any ingredient measurements that need to change? Or, extra ingredients to add in or take out? Keep up the good work :)
Let me educate you since your homework is not complete and grammatically incorrect... While the "word" kebab may be Persian (linguistically), the Seekh Kebab has its origin in the Mughal time period. You can do your research. Happy learning:)
Great recipe. I tried your recipe, but with Chicken. Worked out pretty well. I had to add some Ghee to prevent the low fat meat from drying out. Thanks for posting the recipe.
+Tushar Chaudhari thanks so much for trying it. And yes you definitely need some fat for making chicken kebabs. I would put softened butter for more flavor:)
Nice recipe of mouth watering seekh kebabs.. I am definitely cooking it up this weekend, probably with lamb mince though. Just one tip: Avoid using coffee grinder to grind wet ingredients .. LOL
Lots of comments that these have to be lamb...no they don't...I always make with minced beef and they are great...in India they use lamb because Hindus don't eat beef for religious reasons...but it tastes just as good and is entirely up to the cook. Great video Sweetie...thank you for sharing it . Gilly wife of Mark
