Ginger Garlic Paste= 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 3 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 3 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp
Curd= 500 gm
Green Chilly= 8
Brown Onion= 10
Mint Leaves= 100 gm
Coriander Leaves= 100 gm
FOR THE TADKA:
Oil= 1 cup
Mace Flower= 4
Star Flower= 2
Mace Flower= 1
Cinnamon Stick= 4
Black Cardamom= 4
Cloves = 10
Green Cardamom= 12
Stone Flower
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tsp
Garam Masala= 2 tbsp
FOR THE RICE:
Bay Leaf= 2
Cinnamon Stick=2
Mace Flower= 1
Green Cardamom= 8
Clove= 8
Star Flower= 1
Green Chilly= 6
salt= 6 tbsp
Basmati Rice= 2 kg
Oil= 6 tbsp
