2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kashmiri mirch masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 cup curd
5-7 green chilli
fresh mint
chop coriander
2 tsp garam masala powder/ biryani masala
saffron
rogan
Desi ghee
