I'm feeling okay! Much better but wish sleep and congestion was further along of course😂 I have never considered ASMR but I appreciate that. Thanks so much for watching 🥺

You need to tape for a year you have thick skin. Scar tissue will develop between the skin and skeleton so you need to keep it together

Your doctor blew you off. Call HIM don’t waste your time with some assistant. You can blow your nose after a week.

There was no way to get a hold of him. He's truly the worst
