So Josie is now also at the Iceland Review. Great to see you again. Nice pictures as always, Art. ;o) Well - are we missing anyone else? Apart from Pollý and Valur. ;o)
Thank you Josie Anne and Art for this update! Great info and spectacular images of the latest eruption in the middle of the Icelandic night! Much appreciated :)
Thank you! I understand what you're saying: There is no way to describe the sheer immensity, power, and beauty of Iceland. You have to experience it in person!
Thank you Josie and Art. It is incredible to see this latest eruption. Nature reminds us that she is always in Charge. A Beautiful and scary and fascinating sight to behold. Thank you both for dealing with the weather and the late hour to film this report. Stay Safe. Takk ❤
Thanks for the coverage of the volcano. It looks scary but beautiful at the same time. Also nice to see Josie Anne again. All the great people from Grapevine are now part of Iceland Review, that's awesome! And last but not least, great job to Art for keeping the camera stable in such hard wind conditions. 🤗
Seems like the original settlers and their descendants studied the lava events as best as was possible and picked places to permanently settle that are LARGELY and USUALLY out of the path of danger. Obviously there are exceptions. Predicting volcano science is difficult for the professionals, let alone amateurs or even basic town planners, but it seems to me that the people of Iceland have done a decent job with the knowledge they had. 🖖

We need Valur og Polly!
@@aiidina67 Absolutely! They were in an episode on this channel a few weeks ago, though.
@@markuserikssen I saw! But the eruptions were more special with them in the foreground. ♥️🌋🐾
Love and respect. Stay safe 🔥
Well reported Josie, such an awesome sight. Interesting that the main activity is further north this time. Stay safely upwind of those gases.
Art You do wonderful work

they're lava plumes, not magma plumes....it's called lava above the ground and magma when it's below the ground...great reporting....awesome views
