2 cups Rice
250g-300g(8.8-10.6oz)3 types of mushrooms(You can use any types of mushrooms that are available.)
100g(3.5oz) Sausages
15g(0.5oz) Garlic
2 teaspoons Olive oil
Salt and pepper : to taste
2 tablespoons Sake
1 1/2 teaspoons Consommé
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
Salt: a pinch
20g(0.7oz) Butter
1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
Black pepper: to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients:
• Finely chop 15g of garlic.
• Chop enoki, maitake, and mushrooms (250g-300g total).
•Slice sausages (1 pack, 100g).
2. Sauté:
• Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
• Add the garlic and sausages, and sauté.
•Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare Rice:
•Wash 2 cups of rice and place it in the rice cooker.
• Add 2 tablespoons of sake.
• Fill the rice cooker with water up to the 2-cup line.
• Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of consommé, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon, and a pinch of salt.
4. Cook:
• Add the sautéed mushrooms and sausages to the rice cooker.
• Add 20g of butter.
• Start the rice cooker and cook the rice.
5. Finish:
• Once cooked, mix in 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
• Season with black pepper to taste.
• Optionally, garnish with parsley.
Cooking Process
1. Prepare the Garlic:
• Finely chop the garlic.
• Add the garlic to a frying pan.
2. Prepare the Mushrooms:
• Tear or cut the maitake into large pieces.
• Slice the mushrooms.
• Cut the enoki mushrooms.
3. Sauté the Ingredients:
• Transfer the mushrooms to a tray.
• Slice the sausages into rounds.
• In the frying pan, sauté the garlic and sausages with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
• Add the mushrooms.
• Season with salt and pepper. The salt will help to shorten the cooking time by drawing out moisture, concentrating the flavors.
4. Cook the Rice:
• Add water to the washed rice.
• Add 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon and a pinch of salt.
• Add the sautéed mushrooms and sausages.
• Add 20g of butter.
• Start the rice cooker and wait for the rice to cook.
5. Finish and Serve:
• Once the rice is cooked, stir in 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
• Season with black pepper to taste.
• Garnish with parsley if desired.
