    320g(11.3oz) strong flour
    80g(2.8oz) cake flour
    20g(0.7oz) sugar
    6g(0.2oz) salt
    10g(0.4oz) Olive oil
    260ml(2.7gal) Warm water (about 40℃)
    6g(0.2oz) dry yeast
    A pinch of sugar
    200g(7oz) cream cheese
    1.Let stand for 10 minutes. (Allow dry yeast to pre-ferment.)
    2.Cover with plastic wrap and allow primary fermentation for 60 minutes.
    (Place in a warm place, such as near a heater.)
    When the dough has doubled in size, it is a sign that the primary fermentation is finished.
    3.Press down the dough to release gas and divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
    Cover with a wet cloth and plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out and let rest for 15 minutes.
    4.Dice the cream cheese and divide into 20 g portions.
    5.Take one piece of dough at a time and wrap and form it with cream cheese in the center.
    6.Lightly sprinkle the dough with strong flour (not included in the quantity).
    Set oven to 180°C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
