- Samsung Laser printers are one of the best when it comes to compact laser color printers on the market. However, this CLP-365W and also similar models such as C460FW all-in-one printer have a problem with the paper not being picked up out of the main tray. There are three common issues that can easily be resolved.

Samsung C460W is a nasty low-quality printer so the paper jams occur often but the guide above was comprehensive and it worked in my case - thanks!

the main purpose in the video is to show how to remove and install agian the rubber and you have your hands in front all the time and we cant see how you made the rings to be stable and not moving after installation
OR temp fix..toothbrush & water. What is causing is paper dust on the roller caused over time. Rubber renew works..but let it sit to work into the rubber roller.

I tried cleaning this rubber several times. I worked once but the same issue appeared again and never disappeared after cleaning it again.
You put some dick paper just under the rubber so it becomes thicker that will do it

Got an M2020w. It's a nuisance. Tight tray buckles paper. Printer fails to grab it. No paper error. It doesn't want to start printing again and I have to tinker around with the settings; and switch it on and off a few times. The Eco Print Driver is pest too. It generates an error message saying 'another instance of eco print driver is already open'- When this is clearly false. You have to reboot to fix it or go into settings as a work around. Very poor. But every kind of printer I ever had has had it's stupid faults
