We need a 23 mm Pancake lens
People don’t get it. It’s all about the form factor of the x100. Ppl who buy x100 don’t want to swap lenses they want a slim all in one package.
After my x100vi broke, I am happy with my decision to get the xt50

What do you think about the video quality of the xt50?
They need to update the 18f2. I had two of them stop autofocusing on me for months at a time. The first time it happened was during a trip to angkor wat, I was devastated because I only had the 50f2 as my second lens. I had to pop out the battery to unfreeze my camera.
I'll pick up a Fuji XT30 II and save some money
I really like the OVF, and the ND filter. I also really prefer rangefinders because I have a big nose.
I’m also in the full frame Sony system, so I not interested in another ILC.
I love my X100VI, and would consider an X-T50.
I have both.. do I need both??..
Need an interchange lens system? Get the xt50, or xt30ii, or any other xt lol
Need one camera as an every day carry without worrying about what lens to bring and benefit from weather sealing, an optical viewfinder, a built in ND filter? Get the x100v/vi.

I sold my 100vi after 100 shots exactly, and expect my XT50 to be delivered today. Also I sold it for about $1 more than what I paid for it new so didn't buy it as an investment as a number do in the country I live in. When I realized it would just sit on a shelf looking pretty my pragmatic self said sell it.
The x100 series is a great second or third camera. Most photographers I’ve met who has the x100 did not intend this to be their only camera. Others who don’t have it and want it intend to use it as a point and shoot, not an interchangeable lens camera. They usually already have a Sony, Canon, or Nikon. I already have 2 Sony bodies with a large amount of lenses. Suggesting to buy another fujifilm body and a lenses which cost more and bigger/larger than any x100 series camera isn’t a good alternative in my honest opinion. It’s like suggesting an SUV to someone who wants to buy a motorcycle or a sports car.
I got tired and fed up on the wait and bought the xs20 this week.
Just got mine
I have a Fuji X100VI and X-S10, I'd like to replace my X-S10 with the X-T50.. However I do find it too expensive compared to the previous generations of this camera. Which is kinda hypocritical as I paid more for the X100VI. My ideal camera would be the X-E5 with the same internals though.
No leaf shutter on the X-T50
But the X-T50 camera looks so nice, just not X100 VI nice ;)
X-T50 isn't at same league as x100vi.
Weather seal when using front filter, hybrid ovf, and leaf shutter.
These are sought after by advanced users. X100 series is pretty much fixed lens version of x-pro minus leaf shutter, too bad x-pro4 is nowhere to be seen.
The thing is, the X-T50 is not waterproof.
Here it is very hot, do not want my camera to leak.
How can you not mention that the X100VI has a leaf shutter and the X-T50 does not?
No other camera on the market offers built in ND filters, internal flash, and film simulations. Those are the reason im been waiting years to get one (for retail value 😅) name another camera that has those features😮💨
