The wires tie from the sides of roof and onto front of the car . They like window protection from branches 😊

@marciopereira1065 camel trophy does have them so maybe it uses the washers too under bonnet or tied off to rack?

I love the FMS 2 speed. It makes any brushed motor as fun as a brushless. Good looking little truck and agreed on keeping it stock Great size and performance.

Thanks for the video! Really interested in these. In regards to the steel cables, they could be lines running from the front to the roof rack. Just happened to spot a 1/10 scale video with a Range Rover having those ( the video is called "Enjoy RC CAR night hiking in the forest 6 - Team Scale Trail GoldMoon") and you can see the lines at around 07:40
Thanks for watching. You might be right, I’ve just googled it and I’ve seen a few pics of bumper cables, they use them for deep forest trailing in real life, to avoid brunches hitting the windscreen.
