I will admit I’m going to charge a lot more next year for our service(s). I’m old and finally admitting to myself that people use me for convenience and there inability to do what we do on there own. I’m a professional in what I do just like my dr that charges me $800 for 30 mins at most just to talk…
How do I find the best CRM system for a start up business that fits my niche business needs? What functions do I want it to have and what metrics should it measure.
i would avoid any service that requires a contract. House call pro has been super easy and flexible for me. i got burned really bad by a CRM that had a contract and i paid $5k for nothing and had to sign a non disparaging contract to get out of the rest of the ridiculously expensive contract. i cant tell you their name but don't sign a contract.
@@MarkBoehmJr no it wasn’t Service titan or Service trade. it’s not a super common CRM over here in the US. It’s more popular in Europe and Australia. I had a horrible experience with them and by the time I found out that their software was completely incompatible with my system. It was too late and cost me $5000 for nothing. All the other software use is excellent and none of it is under contract.
One of the most informative videos I’ve seen based on the service industry. Definitely revising my pricing strategy to focus primarily on margins.
Wait whatttt. Different pricing structure for 2025… I just wrapped my head around 2024’s

It's actually not "Lou-ey-ville" either 😂. It's pronounced "Loo-vle".
