For 15 years I was loyal. For 15 years I remained. But then Battle for Azeroth was the final straw. I left, and vowed never to return to the abusive ex that was World of Warcraft. As I went about my life, I heard rumouring's and hushed crie about Shadowland. But with Dragonflight it felt as if WOW's life was turning around, but not enough for me to forgive the time lost. But once I heard about Chris Metzen, my heart skipped a beat. And then... The War within, one of three expansions. Perhaps now... After 5 years apart. It's time to fall in love again.

I just came back because of the preorder too! After 3 years of playing ffxiv im playing much differently now - i actually read quest text and i try* to be friendly in group content. i say try* because i forgot the communities are so different, i joined a dungeon run and there was not a single message in chat. Hopefully i can find a nice guild to be a part of!

I'm actually the exact same, even my hotbars are organised more like my ff14 ones just for comfort, and I'm also paying attention to the quest text aswell!
