Covered all the goodness! Def seems like the Swiss Army knife of sports cars. Too bad their prices are ridiculous, hopefully things level out here in the next few years.
These are always nice cars even in base mode, though I can tell you don't have quite the grip you get with the models that have PTV (not available on the base). The new 2024 base price is $114k, no additional equipment compared to earlier models. I guess the 992.2 will be a 2025 model. Saw a 2020 CPO (fairly basic spec, had premium package, all black with black S wheels) for $125k, other CPO base models had sport exhaust, 18-way seats, premium interior leather, and were well over $135k. Really not much of a difference to get a new one if you can get an allocation. I just got a June allocation for a 911 T with manual (interestingly only had a 4-5 week wait, but I've bought 3 non-911 Porsches from the same SA since 2008), unfortunately it's at the new price, meaning I may forego the PEC ATL delivery and maybe one or two options to keep the car under $130k.
As someone who owns a 992 4S, that door rattle you mentioned happens to me too. It comes from the Bose speaker cover. I’m not sure if it’s *just* with the Bose speaker system or if it’s in conjunction with the standard interior, but it’s quite annoying at low speeds
Always love the styling of 911, but I wouldn't buy one without a naturally aspirated engine. Just drove the LC500, that thing's build quality is the best I've ever experience in a car, so I don't think I'll pay more for a turbo-charged 911.

How does the non-AWD 911 behave in winter conditions such as coming to a stop on a hill? I once got stuck on a public road with my front wheel drive Golf this way, cause if you come to a complete stop on a snowy hill with front wheel drive, as soon as you try to go again the weight shifts immediately to the rear causing loss of traction at the front. I wonder if this is even problematic at all on the 911 since the weight of the engine in the back supports the drive axle and the snowy hill would be the only critical situation where I live. Or does it not matter and the 911 would only have slightly better performance compared to the fwd on the snowy hill?
