I think that what we as viewers often see as an officer being too patient is in reality an officer waiting for backup. Pulling someone out of their car by yourself is probably quite dangerous.
Yeah I did a police/fire academy and they said the minute you touch them to put on cuffs is when people usually start to fight. If not earlier. By yourself is not a good time.
When I did sovereign citizen training we had to chant "window, friction, pavement, cuffs" over and over, for every example and role play for days. I still mutter it to myself for no reason, 11 years later. It gives me happy thoughts.
What I do not always understand about these traffic stops is the number of times law enforcement officers ask "subjects" to comply over-and-over-and-over. Twice should be sufficient before detainment shifts to arrest, cuffs (or Mr Sparky for the really contrary SovCits) and charges.

In the UK, failing to provide is also an arrest-able offence, and is the same as a positive breath/blood alcohol test, or the same as a positive drug test, and the minimum driving ban is 12 months (3 years if convicted twice inside 10 years), plus up to 6 months in prison, and an unlimited fine. Other costs are you have to inform your insurance, (if you don't its fraud), and this will mean higher insurance costs for years (conviction for fraud and refusal of insurance means you'll likely have the highest premiums or never get cover or drive legally again), also you may lose your job if you drive as a part of your work. You can get 14 years prison if you cause death whilst under the influence, plus two years driving ban, plus be forced to sit an extended driving test (hard to do if you're inside).

The Canadian clip is RCMP and I think it's out east in Newfoundland or the rest of the islands
I was wondering if it was highway 63 near Ft McMurray. Lived in the fort before it was a nuthouse.
Sometimes, in the wee hours of the morning, when our souls and minds are at their weakest, I wake up, startled by a terrifying thought: “What if those sovcits are right, and everything they say is true?” 😱😱😱 But then sanity kicks in, and I remember that they are just confused children, and I go back to sleep. Uff, dodged another one.
Well, if these cops do sometimes allow them to give a sample in the vehicle, this dude sure blew it.
Pun intended? Either way, pun appreciated! 😀
This is highway 2 in Albera South of Edmonton
So nice to see the Sov Cit Patrol again.
I heard them talk about the lower mainland which is the south west part of BC… ie. Vancouver area
In my state you don’t have to comply, but then you lose your license.
Perfect description of SPLC , Mike
That reminds me that Sprout promised to go pro se for his and Amy’s assault trial in Eugene, OR.
It was mentioned “ the Lower mainland”….it’s on the coque highway
Love Ian!!!! Love the Canadian accent. Good videos, thanks Mike!
I got a look at the puppies collars. LED. I have the leash too. We walk at night and she has a black coat. I have a big yard seeing the collar bounce around the yard is 😅. She's lab and hound so her bark is great when she goes dark. No one gets close to that fence.😅😅😅
Terrific to see Runkle!
Sing along everyone! Ah, for just one time I would take the Northwest Passage… Anyone? It’s British Columbia, got to sing Northwest Passage. 😁
Nice to see the acknowledgment of the degradation of the SPL & ACLU. Sad that it’s happened, though.
I think it's in B.C. because they mention he got issues in the Lower Mainland aka. Vancouver area. If it's Alberta they would've said "Vancouver."
The second one is delicious. The pinned comment on VB's channel is priceless.
