I love judge van and their little re buttles lol “you didn’t feel good so you came to work” “YEAHHH im sick of them people in my house” 😂😂😂 I need the back story to that lol
Oh… I guess battery on an elderly over 65 is ok if she’s your mother. And she has child abuse charges!!?? What a POS! Spay her, remove parental rights, and order her to pay child support.
I’ve heard “missile” used to describe any thrown or otherwise launched object, such as a rock, shoe, slingshot projectile, bullet, mini-ravioli, monkey doots, etc.
I had WTF moment years back in Court. I would work woth special cases for the courts, also at times as a computer forensics expert. One day while I sitting watching the court proceedings they asked the defendant if he had any criminal history. The Defendant responded "no". They were continuing with things, but then the prosecutor looked confused, and asked "Can we hold for a second". The judge okayed a couple minutes break. They resumed in approximately 5 minutes. The prosecutor then stated to the judge "The defendant stated he had no criminal history. However, we have just found that he has been convicted at least 200 times, under four different aliases, and had 13 outstanding felony warrants. The judge then asked the prosecutor to print a copy for himself the court reporter or secretary, and the defense attorney. After reviewing, and confirming this was the criminal record of the defendant, after he claimed he didn't have any criminal history the judge then asked "you said you didn't have a criminal history, but i am seeing over 200 convictions. The defendant then stated(even thought the defense attorney tried getting him to stay quiet) that he had no felonies, and no criminal history under his name. The judge said "but you have used multiple names". The defendant then stated "i don't have any felonies, or criminal history under my current name, I'm not here under those names, and i didn't do all everything under those names, my brother, and cousin also used the one name when they got in trouble, or tickets". The defendant then attempted to argue that he wasn't there under those names, and that he had no further relation, or claim to those names, because he had his current name that didn't have a record. The judge then asked "Did you use any of those nanes in the past, and was he convicted of any crimes while using those names". The defendant then stated he used some of those names, and may have been convicted of a crime under those name, but it didn't matter because he officially disconnected any claims or responsibility with those identities. He was no longer part of those trusts. He then daid the warrants were connected to the one name trust that he no longer as any claims, or responsibility to, or could be responsible for any actions under those name trusts. He wasn't given bail, and didn't get his way...
"Missile" can mean anything from a rock, a bullet, and up to... well, an actual missile missile. "Deadly missile" is just as vague, because throwing rocks can be deadly, particularly for people in cars. It seems like many laws are written this way on purpose... very vague so as to cover a lot of ground with a single law instead of a dozen similar ones.
I am SO mad that I missed this live. I’m halfway around the world visiting my home county right now, so my timing is messed up, but I still have Been making the lives! I’m so upset with myself! It’s so much more fun to watch live and engage with the that and Mikey! Ugh. Face palming so bad right now.
…and I was thinking my 2025 didn’t start so good. But seriously, EVERYBODY knows that you shouldn’t drive on NYE, whether you haver been drinking or not.
The court has to balance public safety and presumption of innocence. That's why criminal history is examined and used with current charges to formulate the bail amount. It's not some random number created by the judge.
Uh when I drank way back in the day, I had 4 dui's got out of 3 of them but I drove drunk every night not proud of it but no one ever died never got in any accidents so your statement is very false and general.
I find this judge so hard to watch and listen to. He's too far away, doesn't look at the defendants, and it seems more like an assembly line instead of any type of justice. Sorry, Mike, I have never enjoyed these so called, court hearings .
I love judge van and their little re buttles lol “you didn’t feel good so you came to work” “YEAHHH im sick of them people in my house” 😂😂😂 I need the back story to that lol

21:00 "Held without bond. You're an idiot." I literally LOLed; good thing I'm working at home today.
I love judge van and their little re buttles lol “you didn’t feel good so you came to work”
“YEAHHH im sick of them people in my house” 😂😂😂 I need the back story to that lol
It's the story of all of us with visiting family. It goes on and on ss if written by James Mitchner.
The facepalm from both the judge and correctional officer in the background. “I’m saving you!” ❤😂❤
😂😂😂
There are some sad sacks in Court....🙄
Judge Vann has a lot of compassion but no patience!
Love seeing fellow interpreters 😅
You can only drive with your med weed from the dispensary to home..."I was driving home from my friend's house!" 😂😂😂😂😂
I'm starting to feel bad for the 'stop talking about your case' lawyer. I'm a teacher and a father. I basically repeat the same thing all day as well.
Judge Vann! I live 20 minutes from the court house. Someday, I'll make a first appearance,as a bystander 😂
WOW! a .338 on his first DUI. That is unbelievable. I wonder how long he has been doing this before being caught?
This is my city. That’s why I only go to work and come home. To many out of control people here
I can appreciate the exasperation in the bailiff's voice.
Oh… I guess battery on an elderly over 65 is ok if she’s your mother. And she has child abuse charges!!?? What a POS! Spay her, remove parental rights, and order her to pay child support.
OMG this is a job and a half from 1 night!!! New years Eve 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i feel extremely boring and glad to be so 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just poured my coffee...and I'm ready for this???
I’ve heard “missile” used to describe any thrown or otherwise launched object, such as a rock, shoe, slingshot projectile, bullet, mini-ravioli, monkey doots, etc.
Her hair is green or blue. 11:20 I love this judge! I only have one question: Is anyone sober in that place besides the deputies and Judge?
Oh man that translator is like Google translate, like a machine, he is very exact.
"Too old to function"? That's precisely why I don't break the law. I'd be worse off than that man.
That guy is 28.
That .0338 is impressive... For all the wrong reasons 😅
I’m sure you meant .338. A reading of .0338 would be under the limit.😀
@willer3399 that's what I meant 😅
Judge Vann puts sarcasm on the next level!!!
Who?
@@gramateur5776 Judge Vann, I made a mistake on his name :S
Judge Vann.. what a great way to start the New Year!
Judge Vann is great.
Thanks to Mike and his hard working satellite thing back in Chicago 😝
I like this judge and his process

That is some twisted sister logic!
Wow. The defendant with green hair has one leg in her grave 🤦♀️🥺
Judge Vann and the "Dont talk about your case please" guy IN ONE VIDEO! You do love us Mike 🥹
Judge clarified that very well. Spelled it out and everything.
New Year's was BUSY in this court!
The first defendant should have had an alcohol tether if given prerelease for DUI. Courts should take DUI offenses more seriously!
The elderly guy is probably going through alcohol withdrawal.
4th DUI - no bond. YES!!!! Go Judge Vann!!!
Good morning from Ohio!!
Hope everyone is well.
"I was just sleeping at a restaurant, man"
Good morning & HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Did that guy say his name was Frederick Mercury?
Good morning all!
Vans the wrong judge to miss with....period
Isn't the girl in orangey/pink in front of Judge Vann supposed to be in Juvie????????? ROFL
Did he say A A Ron?
😂
😂
Thanks
I just got up, picked up phone, and LTWM said hello. Ok
Good morning, LTWM.
Dang! They had a pretty efficient assembly line going on there lol. That is unreal :)
That's fanfckintastic from judge vann😂😂😂😂
Happy Friday All!
Rock me Amadeus!

It's like selling sheep in a livestock market. (satire)
Hey Aa Ron........🤣
Human assembly line! 80 to 90% alcohol related! SMH Happy New Year!
there you have it!!!!
Anyone look at a BAC chart?! At the .338 homeboy should’ve been hooked up to a crash cart. That’s some serious tolerance
This judge sounds just like my landlord. Freaky.
How'd i miss this?! Whaaaaa?! I didn't receive a notification?! Hmmm, I'll fix that.
*Thanks for creating and uploading, Mike! I appreciate ya! ❤❤
The officer stood at the prison podium couldn't look more bored and bedragled if she tried, poor woman she needs a job change and fast.....🤣
Bow and arrow falls under missle
We all suffer from digital dementia from relying on our phones
@@choochoo405 that is SO accurate!!! I’m not a fan of the “phone culture “.
I wonder if he shot an arrow at someone
Getting another DUI, before you have gone to court for your previous DUI, is not a good look.
Yup. Her hair is green.
…and I was thinking my 2025 didn’t start so good. But seriously, EVERYBODY knows that you shouldn’t drive on NYE, whether you haver been drinking or not.
Panama City Beach and area law enforcement were out hard ❤
When I was a world-class drinker, we called New Year's Eve "amateur night." When I quit, my fellow drunks said I retired undefeated.
It's the best night of the year to stay home
Why does it go so quickly in this judge’s court?
What is that "green light" about? What happens if you sign before the "green light" comes on?
Good morning❤
Now I want to know...
Amadeus? Wow
Guess his mother had different hopes for him
$5k for driving on suspended????
Darn it. I missed it.
😂😂😂😂
Good morning.
Oh fun!!!
I want a Spanish sovcit, like one that needs an interpreter.
I've seen one-he was even more cringey than the usual suspects.
@gramateur5776 Tell me where. I want to see his nonsense being translated.
❤
Slanders of Satan?
when these people apply for defenders the court knows they hjave no money for bond so it seems disingenious to make bonds as high as they do here.
The court has to balance public safety and presumption of innocence. That's why criminal history is examined and used with current charges to formulate the bail amount. It's not some random number created by the judge.
What a sad video - a conveyor belt of I don’t know what to call it….
😊😊😊
This fool requesting an interpreter. Dios mio.
Sorry I missed this live. I the Mr. Stop talking about your case
243634. Aren't good measurements!!! Lo!!!
spanish guy: " are you in this country illegally? If yes, you're out!
Public aka pretend defender
Judge in first case was very rude and he wouldn't have been without the interpreter. He's a jack ass. He's in his golf outfit at work.
Next
