This video helped me so much, thank you!!!! I've been crocheting for many years, but not consistently. I've just picked it back up and this video helped me with my biggest problem. I could not, for the life of me, keep my edges straight! I would earnestly try over and over and it would drive me crazy. My current project is FINALLY taking shape the way I envisioned it. Thank you for keeping it simple!!! ❤

I like the modification you made to the turning chain. Will definitely give it a go. Thank you! I just subscribed, too.

@@crochetunraveled Just tried it on a wip I had in my “to be frogged stash” and voila!! Works great for me. Have watched many vids on the topic and your remedy is the simplest and therefore most effective because it is easy to remember! Many thanks!

When you double crochet, do you yarn over before you go into the stitch then, yarn over and go through the next 2 stitches and then yarn over and pull the last ztitch?

Yarn over, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop (3 loops on your hook), yarn over pull through 2 loops, yarn over pull through 2 more loops.
If you’re still unsure, go watch my double crochet tutorial. You can find it on my channel ☺️
