Where he work is a franchise automotive maintenance shop in China. Just like kwik fit in uk or Meineke in the US. Is the company policy that every mechanics work this way. They get payed the same rate just like the average mechanics. If you think about it, there nothing what he did that normally mechanics can not do.

Why put a new washer on a drain plug and not replace the drain plug as well. The O- ring on the oil filter housing was never replaced although a new one was issued in the package.

Regarding the O ring, that vehicle has 2 O-Rings, one in the filter and the other on the housing which you can see when he opens the package at 4:21, there is a second thin O-Ring just left on the tool box which should have been replaced as well.
@@cloud-ny5ux when not replaced we’ve received numerous cars with oil leaks and missing out on those simple things are the cause. Just skipping it or forgetting it and leaving or using something else will do that.
This generation Audi A6, ,only cost 4 thousand US dollars in China , much cheaper than same years toyota camry , because Audi has really bad reliability .
