I worked at a Warehouse for a couple of years and in my Department, I had a leader just like Wes. This guy clearly hated me, he always yelled at me for no reason In front of others. Always got involved in my personal business when I had some health problems. He Threatened to report me to the Manager a couple of times to have me fired. When I reported him to the Manager for Harassing me, he always got angry and gave me more crap. So I got to the point where I finally had enough and didn't care if I got fired for Fighting him. But my consciousness got to me that I didn't need to have this on my Record when I tried looking for another Job. Eventually this guy got into a fight with another Worker and he got himself Fired. So I was glad that I didn't sink to his level! The new leader who took over was much nicer to me and eventually I moved on to another Job which is now a Career, and I get treated so much better by my Boss!
