This is so true. I manifested my sp three times. It didn’t last long those three times. And looking back it was totally my fault. It was like as soon as he came around all those doubts came bubbling up. I would be where I thought I needed when he would pop up and it was like immediately I would start worrying he was gonna ghost me and that’s exactly what would happen! I would remind myself of the wrong part of the past. I would focus on the past of him ghosting me and pulling away. I know he’s coming back very soon and you’re right, when he comes back I absolutely need to focus on the part of our past where he was pursuing me. When he was complimenting me everyday, he was inviting me everywhere, where when I walk in he would smile, shake his head and say “shew”. I’m still the same person(ish) that he pursued and found incredible attractive then Only better and I must remember that!

Yes! When he pulls away, the fear of abandonment from a childhood wound arises in me. Then it’s like a runaway train of doubts and insecurity. I had not really thought about focusing on how it felt when he was chasing and showering me with love in the beginning. He was so into me ❤️

I actually pulled up the first texts my ex and I exchanged during our first month of dating and saw how totally into me he was and how much he pursued me (and how confident and strong I was back then) and it’s reminded me that this is how I have to feel to rekindle that love and attraction that he said he lost for me. ❤️
I really need to focus on this, after learning how my thoughts are what caused not being with my sp last year. One day I would feel really confident with him, but the next I would doubt it and he would distance himself. Not realising a past relationship was what caused the doubts, not my sp. This is sooooo true! When me and my ex were together and I felt him pulling away. I would use the Manifestion tools but hadn’t healed my inner child wounds and he got even more distant. We are in separation now and I’m manifesting him to come back as a healed person and I’m working on my old wounds. I’m so glad you made these videos!

I think it all starts with self security. How do we feel about ourselves? For instance I think I am very interesting. I read, I write, I create things, I draw, paint, play a guitar. I have interests in my life. Self-love is the key to all of it. If we love ourselves the whole world reflects it back to us. Self-love also creates a greater love in us for those around us. Love is the attracting force, it draws everything to us, all of our desires. Being love draws love.
Starting to give no value to negative thoughts and beliefs and saturating myself with the belief that the spark is still on..... That he's still and unconditionally attracted to me even now and every single day. 🌸❤❤❤

When I was in the process of attracting him, I felt loved, sexy, worthy, happy etc. And when he was finally in my life & showed me the love I wanted, I felt unworthy & not ready for a relationship. I was also afraid that he could find another woman 🙈 guess what? I attracted him saying "I am not ready for a relationship." 2 months later he was with someone else 😅 I don't understand this.... why was I able to feel love to attract him & when he was finally in my life I felt unworthy...lol mmmh 🙈
Omg this came at the right time.. I truly needed this I am healing my inner child. I now understand it's importance. I used to ignore it thinking I'm strong enough but the feeling of abandonment was somewhere deep down everytime it's coming to surface I would just ignore and it keeps recurring.
