Being a person who is just a “doer” and an “overachiever” in life, this so resonates with me. I am ready to make this switch and not reach out in fear or desperation to try to “make” something happen. I totally get it.
Hi Shelly I wanted to share with you my first meeting with my sp after the break up I spent a lovely day he was so kind and so caring I noticed that I was only focusing on the positif and it was great I spent a lot of time these past weeks thinking of the begining of our relationship and one moment was when we were walking together he used to grap a flower outside and put it on my hear I loved so much that! Any way yesterday he invited me to have a walk and a picnic in nature and guess what? He picked a flower and put it on my hear it was magic He also asked me to go with him on holidays😁😁😁

I am married 15 years, but about 7 years ago things were going terribly. I started to stand my ground and I stopped arguing, asking, begging, crying. I stopped. I lived and did my thing. I took care of my kids and him too... but other men were becoming attracted to me!! Like a lot of men. I’m not bragging.. it’s just true. So my husband noticed and ... guess what... started pursuing again... it wAs bad for ... 3-4 years ... I’m not kidding.. very hard.. and I didn’t have a plan or know this stuff... but Shelley’s method... is what I did... and it works. He is completely different now.

Step 1: Become the RECEIVER. It has nothing to do with him... become the receiver on your own. This is the first and most important step to change this dynamic.

Springsdaisy, what Shelly said is amazing..and true.. you can also use scripting and visualization before you go to bed. Also put some thought into the way you may be changed🌸 toward him. Perhaps you did subtle changes toward him. If he was attracted to your independence and autonomy and then suddenly you became dependent... he may notice this... one last perspective.. sometimes when one relationship ends... it’s a blessing and making room for someone who is love you as hard as you love them... that won’t be scared off my subtle changes in energy. Whatever happens I sense happiness for you... soon. Hang in there and be grateful for every moment you spent together.. gratitude breeds more things to be grateful for... I have been watching your videos for about a week and omg they have been life changing!! I have had a roller coaster of a ride with my SP for the past six months. I’ve been ghosted and bread crumbed by him and I decided that I had had enough and told him I was moving in! It was hard because I believed he could be a better version of himself because has done it before. We’ve been texting for two weeks and he has been actively calling me for a week now! Last night we decided to move back into a relationship but he has completely done a 180!! This is the man I wanted him to be but knew he could be too!! What is interesting is I haven’t seen him in two months!! I’m Seeing him this weekend! I wanted to ask if this video would be appropriate to continue the movement? Thank you so much! "When you are landed in your knowing that you are loved, you can text or not text.. you are not following any rules! You are just being you,but you know love is going to come towards you!" I think I kinda did this : my sp has been is admitted to the hospital currently and so for now I have started initating more contact (while also doing my inner work that he's contacting me more and more), uplifting and cheering him up. (Coz that's my natural self) and just today while we were talking, he mentioned that a lot of people are calling him (he isn't a person who has a lot of friends - I do!) . And for a second, I was a about to ask him about WHO are these people who are suddenly calling him(maybe new female friends).. and that's when I stopped MYSELF saying.. NO NO NO! I AM CALM AND RELAXED.. I AM JUST BEING ME AND HE IS COMING TOWARDS ME! AND NOW I AM GLAD I DID THIS RATHER THAN ASKING HIM ABOUT WHO THOSE FRIENDS ARE! How perfect is this! I recently went on this date with a really cute guy and I didn't hear from him so I sent him a message and nothing came from it he didn't reply. In the beginning he was really into me but once I started chasing he stopped. I havent talked to him but I still want to see him. I need to work on the assumptions that if we aren't constantly talking he moves on. That's what makes me start chasing. I even started constantly posting things on IG with the intention to get him to talk to me 😩. Like you said I need to stop and tell myself that love come to me. But when you think a certain way for so long it can be really hard.😢😬
Very insightful video :) A few weeks ago I decided to no longer fear seeing my SP on social media, what he was up to, etc. I realized I avoided it out of fear of what I would see, so I decided to boldly change my state and deliberately check what he was up to (so long as it was tied with the feeling of neutrality). Your video made me realize that my fearless act had gradually turned fearful again, this time constantly wondering what he was up to, and being affected by what I was seeing (despite knowing my assumptions created it). Earlier today I decided that I needed to stop checking up on him, and BOOM, here's your video! Thank you!
I am definitely a hunter persona, so releasing that was a bit difficult. I busted through that after a 5 day retreat by the ocean with amazing people. I was able to let go. And my husband pursued me, and continuously does.

I feel so good not to feel that neediness anymore. Having my sp go from being super lovely, pursuing me in a way that most people would have loved. To me lacking confidence, having doubts and pursuing him. And because someone had done this before in a previous relationship. Things are going to be so different this time. I have never felt so sure about anyone before. Now i just need to keep everything going, knowing its done, he is mine and he is coming to me. Its a great feeling knowing you don't need your sp, like i thought I did 6 months ago. This! I’ve applied it to other areas of my life most importantly to money and ideas (to make money). I just expect that ideas will come to me that will turn into an abundance of money. And they have very quickly! Which then gave me the confidence and affirmed that it would would also work for an SP! 🥰

I love being pursued 😊, I have learned that im the most important and deserve only the best. My love is always checking on me and wanting me. We check on eachother and give eachother gifts. However he spoils me and respects me so much. I dont chase at all. He tells me im the greatest woman he's ever had. I always knew deep down I was thinking too much about someone, but still persisted with that mindset. You have given me the understanding of how not to continue with that mindset (of always thinking about my specific person.) I have been watching your videos. And it really helps a lot for my relationship. Recap: the masculine is a pursuer and the feminie is pursued. Look at yourself if you're a pursuer. Train yourself that you're pursued. Love comes forward me. I will not go towards it. Don't check up on social media ===> you're lack. Being pursued ladies, by not constantly text first. Your movements have to be natural so you're not scared and have no fears.
That is 100% true. I experienced it first hand. My crush pursued me first, I wasn't interested. I then fell for him and started 'chasing'. He pulled away. Then I ignored him, and he pursued again. Almost instantly!
I needed to see this video. I guess my mindset with previous love interests was, "if only he gives me a chance, he will see how good of a person I am, how deserving I am of his love. He just has to give me some airtime to be considered, so I should make my presence felt whenever I can". Now I realize that it's a loser move of someone who's desperate. lol. Being a pursuer didn't work so I guess it's time to be the one pursued. I'm glad I'm changing into a new and better person day by day. P.S. I got a weird and probably wrong advice from a manifesting coach before who said, "everyone is you pushed out so if you think that they see you as needy, they will." Which meant to me that I should just continue what I was doing and not think that my actions were essentially needy. I'm really thankful that you mix psychology with manifesting, Shelly. You rock.
So glad you're seeing all this in yourself. Everyone is You Pushed Out is true in that everyone will conform to your beliefs and assumptions. However, sometimes our subtle beliefs are not obvious to us, so we have to deeply explore ourselves further. This is why I never separate feeling from the thought... how you feel is always a really good indication of the deeper belief. If you feel like you're chasing someone down who doesn't want you, that's happening! However if you do the inner work to train yourself into knowing/feeling that you don't have to do a single thing... you are amazing and therefore will TOTALLY be pursued (and you truly feel this way), then it will happen 100%. Excited for you!

A suggestion….rework that affirmation to remove the negative “never”s. I have an old saying that goes, “Never say never.” 😄 It’s almost a cosmic guarantee that you’ll do that very thing. Lol! IMHO, if you simply remove that middle sentence you’ll have a strong and effective affirmation that’ll resonate deep into your inner consciousness. 👍🏻

Yes.. that is a well known saying....In the beginning of my journey I was so scared of using negatives until I did some research on it as well as watched someone...No 1...it can end up being a limiting belief cause everything is only what you make it mean...and I read that it doesn't actually matter whether you use negatives... once again it's how you use it and what it means to you... There are so many limiting beliefs around us programming us and I've been deprogramming myself from it all.... Remember....we make the rules and only our rules apply.🙏😊🤗

I must have an unhelpful belief, because in all my years of living on earth the only men who actively pursued me were men I found distinctly unattractive -- even creepy. I actually did a thought experiment a while back where I tried to imagine the SP acting like this guy I used to work with who stalks me on social media...it was weeeeeird. I don't know how to be pursued when I welcome it. (To get what attention I did get, I had to forcibly hold myself back in ways that felt dishonest and based in shame about my feelings.)
This is an interesting inner-exploration. Sounds important. It's wonderful for us to take a deeper look at our patterns and then (most importantly) to remember every moment is literally a fresh, clean slate to create something completely new. Start feeling/affirming the new reality you want and it will happen!!

I'm good at being a woman who is pursued until I fall in love, then I panic to lose the person. This is attachment styles from childhood. And I think part of a conscious relationship is being honest with our partners about that state.

Hey Shelly! In my visualizations, I see myself hugging my SP me and it brings me to tears EVERY TIME I know it’s because, in that moment, I miss that feeling. Is that desperation or chasing? Or is it just sinking into the visualization so deeply that I TRULY feel it? I always feel guilty afterwards because I don’t typically show any chasing behaviors but visualizations and meditations almost always leave me crying 😅

How perfect is this! I recently went on this date with a really cute guy and I didn't hear from him so I sent him a message and nothing came from it he didn't reply. In the beginning he was really into me but once I started chasing he stopped. I havent talked to him but I still want to see him. I need to work on the assumptions that if we aren't constantly talking he moves on. That's what makes me start chasing. I even started constantly posting things on IG with the intention to get him to talk to me 😩. Like you said I need to stop and tell myself that love come to me. But when you think a certain way for so long it can be really hard.😢😬

A few weeks ago I decided to no longer fear seeing my SP on social media, what he was up to, etc. I realized I avoided it out of fear of what I would see, so I decided to boldly change my state and deliberately check what he was up to (so long as it was tied with the feeling of neutrality). Your video made me realize that my fearless act had gradually turned fearful again, this time constantly wondering what he was up to, and being affected by what I was seeing (despite knowing my assumptions created it). Earlier today I decided that I needed to stop checking up on him, and BOOM, here's your video!

I am definitely a hunter persona, so releasing that was a bit difficult. I busted through that after a 5 day retreat by the ocean with amazing people. I was able to let go. And my husband pursued me, and continuously does.

I feel so good not to feel that neediness anymore.
Having my sp go from being super lovely, pursuing me in a way that most people would have loved. To me lacking confidence, having doubts and pursuing him.
And because someone had done this before in a previous relationship.
Things are going to be so different this time.
I have never felt so sure about anyone before. Now i just need to keep everything going, knowing its done, he is mine and he is coming to me.
Its a great feeling knowing you don't need your sp, like i thought I did 6 months ago.

I always knew deep down I was thinking too much about someone, but still persisted with that mindset. I have been watching your videos. And it really helps a lot for my relationship. Recap: the masculine is a pursuer and the feminie is pursued. Look at yourself if you're a pursuer. Train yourself that you're pursued. Love comes forward me. I will not go towards it. Don't check up on social media ===> you're lack. Being pursued ladies, by not constantly text first. Your movements have to be natural so you're not scared and have no fears.

That is 100% true. I experienced it first hand. My crush pursued me first, I wasn't interested. I then fell for him and started 'chasing'. He pulled away. Then I ignored him, and he pursued again. Almost instantly!

I needed to see this video. I guess my mindset with previous love interests was, "if only he gives me a chance, he will see how good of a person I am, how deserving I am of his love. He just has to give me some airtime to be considered, so I should make my presence felt whenever I can". Now I realize that it's a loser move of someone who's desperate. lol. Being a pursuer didn't work so I guess it's time to be the one pursued. I'm glad I'm changing into a new and better person day by day.
P.S. I got a weird and probably wrong advice from a manifesting coach before who said, "everyone is you pushed out so if you think that they see you as needy, they will." Which meant to me that I should just continue what I was doing and not think that my actions were essentially needy. I'm really thankful that you mix psychology with manifesting, Shelly. You rock.

So glad you're seeing all this in yourself. Everyone is You Pushed Out is true in that everyone will conform to your beliefs and assumptions. However, sometimes our subtle beliefs are not obvious to us, so we have to deeply explore ourselves further. This is why I never separate feeling from the thought... how you feel is always a really good indication of the deeper belief. If you feel like you're chasing someone down who doesn't want you, that's happening! However if you do the inner work to train yourself into knowing/feeling that you don't have to do a single thing... you are amazing and therefore will TOTALLY be pursued (and you truly feel this way), then it will happen 100%. Excited for you!

Yes.. that is a well known saying....In the beginning of my journey I was so scared of using negatives until I did some research on it as well as watched someone...No 1...it can end up being a limiting belief cause everything is only what you make it mean...and I read that it doesn't actually matter whether you use negatives... once again it's how you use it and what it means to you... There are so many limiting beliefs around us programming us and I've been deprogramming myself from it all.... Remember....we make the rules and only our rules apply.🙏😊🤗

I must have an unhelpful belief, because in all my years of living on earth the only men who actively pursued me were men I found distinctly unattractive -- even creepy. I actually did a thought experiment a while back where I tried to imagine the SP acting like this guy I used to work with who stalks me on social media...it was weeeeeird. I don't know how to be pursued when I welcome it. (To get what attention I did get, I had to forcibly hold myself back in ways that felt dishonest and based in shame about my feelings.)
This is an interesting inner-exploration. Sounds important. It's wonderful for us to take a deeper look at our patterns and then (most importantly) to remember every moment is literally a fresh, clean slate to create something completely new. Start feeling/affirming the new reality you want and it will happen!!

I'm good at being a woman who is pursued until I fall in love, then I panic to lose the person. This is attachment styles from childhood. And I think part of a conscious relationship is being honest with our partners about that state.

Hey Shelly! In my visualizations, I see myself hugging my SP me and it brings me to tears EVERY TIME I know it’s because, in that moment, I miss that feeling. Is that desperation or chasing? Or is it just sinking into the visualization so deeply that I TRULY feel it? I always feel guilty afterwards because I don’t typically show any chasing behaviors but visualizations and meditations almost always leave me crying 😅
If it's a missing feeling, you're feeling the lack. If it's a good and satisfied feeling, you're living in the end.
