@@cosmedcarton Wasn't he attacking from the ground tho? Him being on his ass or on his face were pretty much stances by themselves, which is why he kept falling. It was actually HELPING you, because he "entered a stance".
I remember him being pretty annoying with players that knew how to use him.
For once, a character being low-tier is actually justifiable. Doctor B. is almost a hundred years old, after all.

Dr. B is still fun to use in a casual game. I don't use him competitively because of the HORRIBLE frame data and crappy moves.

He's my go-to troll char in Tekken 3 days. My friends laugh so much at the moves I do on him. Good old days.
The hardest and strongest character ever is 5:14 blonde guy back in the background. Just by throwing punches from back there he could damage the fighters on the stage, but he does it 1 frame before the hit actually counts and nobody notices it. No wonder he is unplayable
Next level strat with this character is just going ham and cheese on the buttons , they won't know what will hit them if you dont even know what you're doing 😂

He was my favorite character in tekken 3, especially when you were able to get his Heihachi stance, WGF people with Dr.B was to much fun.

You can't simply throw out moves with Doctor B. He's a great challenge to rank up.
The only good thing I can say about Dr. B was that he was the only reason I got back into playing Tekken after T3.
I saw him and I decided that I wanted to play Team OldBoy - the doctor himself and Jinpachi (whom I had no idea was top tier).
Also, the only redeeming thing I can say about him is that his WS punishment was okay and that his b1, 2 for a 12f punisher was pretty solid and got you into that mix up state (where you could do the forward spin into pressure as most people just held back).
The true trolling happened in tekken 3.

You weren't supposed to keep him standing. Him being on his face or on his ass were pretty much stances, if I remember well. You could attack from there. He was actually pretty annoying if the player knew how to use him.
He was a lot better in Tekken 3 tbh, he carried with him the moveset of many characters rolled into one. His unpredictable nature made him very hard to defend against. Good luck parrying

Chanel had a Yaksa/Majin Doctor B , and ranking up in this game wasnt easy , somehow he made him work lol .
Back in the Tekken 3 days we had Playstation clubs where we used to go play PS because our parents couldn't afford them, so ones in a while they were having Tekken tournaments. At that time I finally got a PS and Tekken so I would practice my ass off at home and then going to these tournaments as Bosconovitch. When they say how good I was playing with him, I just got banned cause nobody could counter any of the attacks. He might be slow or weird, but if you master every combo of his and know how to play with him, he's the most OP character there is.

How do you lab against a dlc character to learn the match up? Especially when you don’t own any of the dlcs?
Was fighting a smurftroll in green ranks who knew what he was doing and so I lost every encounter against that player. It was a Negan, but the plus frames and always getting caught sidestepping killed me.

Ttt2 was really a really fun game. Horrible balancing but that seemed to be the point. Fun was what they aimed for, and I think they achieved that brilliantly, no matter what capo haters say.
