- Monopoly Socialism made quite a stir with its adult parody of the classical Monopoly game. Even though the board game is targeted at adults, I got my kids to play. Now I'm telling you NOT to let your kids play it in this review and reaction to Monopoly Socialism.

Monopoly teaches you valuable lessons about not doing capitalism. It was originally supposed to demonstrate the issues with that system.

All the fake news about socialism aside, "You can't get this game anymore" "it's upwards bidding and the price is skyrocketed".
After further inspection, just like false claims about socialism being bad. I found that the upper statements in quotations to also be completely false and you can easily get a new copy of this game for as low as 16$
So that's a win for capitalism!

It’s almost like this game wasn’t meant to be like normal monopoly games and was built around another economic system.
Also in the case of kids liking it... good for them they are entitled to their own opinion.

I don’t think you can even define socialism.
Capitalism is not Monopolism! Monopolism can not exist unless if a government allows it or not. Monopolism can live in capitalism or be granted by its governance. However, capitalism in a free society like America is not the same as capitalism in lets say in China or Rashia. Because they are not a capitalist centered society. Its one thing to have a monopoly vs to be a monopolist. A Monopolist in a capitalist society only thinks about hoarding wealth(morally very greedy - In all Christians' eyes - Its seen as a sin!!! as far as belief goes.) And now to set the record strait. Capitalism is the equal trade of wealth. Not the hoarding of it. Meaning everyone should be able to be a capitalist or monetize, not just the few monopolist's... Once the line is crossed that people are not able to function as a capitalist, the monopolist better watch out. Because there wealth can be dispersed to the rest of society in some way or the another. And depending on the government can also face repercussions or justifications to punishment for crossing said line. Its all in a matter of prospective and time before anything is done about the inequality of monopolism in a free capitalist institutional market. We need the anti trust laws used or revived.
Government in capitalism doesn't have any say , if it had then it would simply overpower any other company and then you form a socialist society. Just like communism, capitalism has good ideas about a free person but they fall down since in communism you get realistically an annarchy while in capitalism a fascist society as it's not illegal for someone to have absolute power, in fact capitalism says it's the reward and that everyone should compete for it , yet no one back then thought how easy it was for someone to get power. Capitalism isn't Monopolism but Monipolism is capitalism. A capitalist society like the US calls socialism communism because it doesn't want it's big players to be weakend and socialism does that by making the gap between the rich and poor too linear as everyone has acess to things like free healthcare and the government is the big player so the people have the power over the few share holders.
Seriously, why does people not get the game is a joke? It's not meant to teach you anything.

In Socialism one cannot own anything at all; one can use the faculity and receive the benefits but ownership is not theirs to have.
socialism is when the means of production is owned socially,so factories,farms businesses etc are owned by the people,this can happen trough democratic socialism or state socialism,state socialism is when the government owns the factories and because (in theory) the government is democratic the people also own the factories,democratic socialism is when the factories function as a democracy,so no one can own a factory but you can have personal property (house,car etc)
